great vegan nata - i have never tried this treat before but I know people who say the vegan ones from this shop are better than the original (non-vegan) ones. the puff pastry is crispy and flakey, the custard not too sweet. very affordable for 1,40€ each.

These vegan pastéis de nata are amazing. I came back several times during my stay in Lisbon and they were my favourite out of the different vegan pastéis de nata that I tried (and they were always served warm).

I was so excited to find a vegan version of this Portuguese specialty, and I was not disappointed. My companion (who is not vegan) said it tasted remarkably close to “the real thing.” Flaky pastry and creamy custard filling, served quickly and with a friendly smile.
