Great place to sit and enjoy nata! - Edit
The decor of this place is so great, it’s a really cosy place to sit and have a pastry and a glass of port. These weren’t the best pastries I’ve had, but they absolutely were still delicious!

I tried pastel de nata before I went vegan, many years ago, and I remember what they originally taste like. I wouldn't say the vegan version is any less amazing! I love the fact that it's so easy for vegans to visit Lisbon and enjoy this local treat :)
Read moreGood to know: what they sell in their cute little shop is fully vegan but not gluten-free. If you have an allergy or intolerance to gluten, you can order them gluten-free and they'll be ready the next day. They order the pastry from elsewhere and fill them with the same vegan custard cream filling (see pictures).
Pros: Fully vegan, Option to preorder gluten-free

Three full days in Lisbon and I was there every day. I tried to buy an espresso cup but they wouldn’t sell. Just decorative I think because I didn’t see them in use either. Lovely server and really nice treat. #Veganuary

As a greek this reminded me of bougatsa 😅it wasn't bad at all just not something wow. My husband who isn't vegan and tried this and the non vegan one said it's very different (so if you tried the original one before going vegan don't expect too much)

I must say I was a bit disappointed. I've had vegan natas in other places (not specific just for natas) that were much better in terms of flavour and creaminess than these ones. Plus each one is 1,40€ so it's not incredibly cheap.

I was there right at 9am and the natas were still warm. I bought a 6-pack for 9.60 euros. I had one straight away for breakfast, the others are in the suitcase for the family 😉 Delicious!!!

A small cosy place with vegan pasteis de nata. Very cute. It's small but they also have 2 tables outside. The pasteis were tasty, the hot chocolate a little too thick for my taste.
