Eyes bigger than belly

Went for the steamed set (11 gyoza) and my partner went for the fried set. I struggled to finish mine and needed help from my partner! The miso flavours were our favourite. The plum wine was a treat. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Vegan gyoza - deeeelish!

My partner and I both had the tasting set (11 gyoza for ¥2700) - they were absolutely delicious. Stand outs were the Chinese chive and the garlic flavours. Would definitely return to this spot! ☀️

Beautiful presentation

They gyoza are beautiful and my kids were super excited to eat them but none of us really cared for the filling. Most of the filling is just greasy fake meat as opposed to vegetables that we are used to in our gyoza. I wouldn’t recommend

Yes please! 🥟 ❤️

Always ordering the yaki (fried) set, never ever disappointed.
11 pieces, feels like 10 would be enough and one plus one to go :D.
Nicely seasoned fillings, no dipping sauce needed.
Slightly expensive (2700¥).

So many gyoza flavours, some normal some unexpected - I would fully recommend getting the tasting platter so you can try them all!

Good vegan gyozas

The gyozas have a good flavor. Unfortunately, too much salt and too much oil or fat inside. It would be great if they could adjust the recipe

Pros: Matcha latte, Vegan

Cons: Too much fat and salt

Cozy and delicious

Went here yesterday, it was a bit full. Staff can do both Japanese and English. I had the hot matcha latte and fried gyoza: mushroom, green onion, garlic, kimchi, green pepper (minimum order is 5 for 1350 yen) and absolutely enjoyed every bite ♥️ the staff was also very kind. The place had a warm and peaceful atmosphere, it was the perfect ending to me trying to have a relaxing day. Would go here again!

Pros: Cozy, Warm (figuratively and literally), Delicious

Cons: Was confused how to get in at first 🤣

Delicious!

Loved everything I tried here, and my meat-eating brother was pleasantly surprised that he enjoyed it too. The soy meat is filling, and the veggies are tasty. Plus, the dumplings are all just so pretty!

One of my Top 10 restaurants in the world. Exquisite tasting menu of gyoza. Each one a gorgeous colour and heavenly taste. Beer was excellent too. Just an incredible meal - delicious and well priced.

Highlight of my trip

Vegan Gyoza was a highlight of my trip to Japan.

Get a set of all the different flavors. Each is a little different and delicious in its own way. They are so moist; it’s absolutely true you don’t need sauce! The drinks were tasty too!

The location is a little out of the way from major attractions but is worth the trip.

Creative flavors

I had the 11-flavor set with steamed gyoza selected. Really surprised by how each ingredient stands out. The atmosphere is very cozy. However, some gyozas are a bit too salty to my taste and some not umami enough; overall, I would like the seasoning to be more balanced.

Fancy-looking, but disappointing

We had high expectations as the restaurant has mostly positive reviews, but we left disappointed. The colourful gyozas are of course very Instagramable, but not that good. Even if you can choose different tastes and fillings, they were all almost the same, with miso and lots of salt, especially as for Japanese cuisine, and the dough was quite thick. Also, I think that portions are way too big.

Pros: Atmosphere

Excellent product and quality

This restaurant is worth a visit.
I loved the gyoza, the quality is unmistakably high.
However I have to admit that some had a very strong/salty taste, which was almost too much for me. And I am quite used to savoury.

In any case I would totally advise to try it and to try the platter with 11 dumplings to be able to experience all of them. I had the steamed ones and would choose this again!

Pros: Grea variety of tastes, Beautiful to the eyes

Unsatisfactory experience

Need to post regular hours, have take-out available, more seating, larger menu selection.

Pros: Ambience was relaxed, Outdoor seating available, Menu items appropriate for our needs

Cons: Arrived Wednesday at 1:00pm, no seats available, Although restaurant full, NO ONE had food on table, No option for take-out

The best dumplings ever

I didn't know dumplings could taste THIS good. Without a doubt, a repeat restaurant for me. I tried them both steamed and fried and they taste so similar, I'd recommend just going straight for the steamed ones. I really appreciated the variety of coffee options (as well as the coffee cream top).

Personal favorites: Yellow shiitake, Green pepper, Chinese chives, Coriander, Eggplant miso, Kimchi, Green onion miso (it's hard to narrow them down any further)
