nice ramen for a good price - Edit
the ramen were good, but not sensational. It's a clean, little, modern restaurant with a lot of vegan food.
Read moreBe aware, that there is no sign that shows the name of the restaurant in english, you have to take the small elevator on the right to the second floor to enter.
Pros: good vegan ramen for a fair price
Cons: a little hard to find and enter via the elevator

Vegan Kobonshan (Raman)- a masterpiece of Jangara - Edit
The reviews are correct this place rocks. Excellent unique Raman and quesadilla. Was happy with everything. There are flexible lunch sets if you want to add on green salad and/or gyoza and/or juice or coffee or tea.
Read moreThe raman has a rich and unique flavor. They call it their masterpiece on the menu and staff recommended it — definitely true.
Easy walking distance from Meiji shrine in Harajuku district. This is how I came to go there and also wanted ramen (short trip in Tokyo).
100% vegan. Bilingual clear menu and staff can speak sufficient English. They even have instant vegan noodles for sale Y240. I bought a few but haven’t tried them yet.
Pros: Exceptionally good raman and quesadilla , Clean and good staff , Good prices

This was a great find in Harajuku! The environment was clean and calm, staff was nice(and can speak English), and the vegan ramen was first class. Everything on the menu is vegan so there is no worry about what to get and they also have gluten free dishes.

Great Vegan Ramen - Edit
Had this on my first night in Tokyo and it was the perfect start. While the ramen was quite spicy (but it said so on the menu) it was really tasty! Would absolutely reccomend.

Very nice lunch break - Edit
The atmosphere in this little restaurant is very pleasant and restorative after a day in the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, the menu is not the most extensive but it offers a great selection of choices.
Read moreI had the cheese tacos and they were lovely, very tasty and the cheese melted and yummy.
My husband had the cheese curry rice dish which to me looked like a kind of paella, tasted like curry, with a spicy kick and cheese melted on top, a strange dish but one to get if you like hot spices.
My daughter had the noodles and she liked it, although the broth was too rich for her ( I loved it, it tasted very strongly of mushrooms).
For dessert we had a soya pudding (nor that special) and a caramel nut cream which was very good, it had the half frozen texture of semifreddo.

Great - make sure you go to level 2! - Edit
This is a completely vegan ramen and other food restaurant - but make sure you take the lift to level 2! There’s a ramen restaurant downstairs that also serves 2 vegan dishes but isn’t completely vegan. Upstairs is, and has a much nicer environment with great views of the street. The food was fantastic! And the staff were great and spoke good English.

Satisfied our cravings! - Edit
We went here feeling a little worse for wear….! The vegan tacos were really yummy and the vegan cheese was surprisingly melty! A couple of friends had the special ramen (Kobonshan) and loved it. The desserts were less good - the texture of the raspberry mousse chocolate cake was odd (tasted a little like it was still frozen), the caramel nut cake was much nicer.
Read moreBe warned it’s not a huge place and appears to be really popular. We had to wait a short while for a table. There was a large queue when we left and some people had been waiting at least 30mins.

We loved this restaurant. We ordered the garlic oil tonkatsu ramen, grilled cheese curry, lemon mint soda (seasonal), and the cream soda. Drinks were delicious and refreshing. The tonkatsu broth is probably one of the best broths I’ve ever had. The curry is so good and their homemade cheese is amazing! I definitely recommend this place! It is located on the second floor.

Absolutely Fantastic - Edit
My friend and I went here on a cold rainy day earlier this week after walking around Harajuku. It’s located on the second floor so don’t be led astray by the ground floor ramen restaurant. My friend got the spicy ramen and I the garlic ramen. The portion sizes were large and filling and the prices were very good for the amount we got. Both dishes were super terrific and filled with flavor. The fact that we had it on a cold day just made the hot broth taste even better. Her spicy ramen (I tried some) was the perfectly level of spice that hits the back of your throat. I also got the gyoza as a part of a set with my meal and it was only okay. The main attraction was definitely the noodles for me.
Read moreWe got there around 12:30 or so on a Tuesday and were immediately seated but 20 minutes later the place seemed to fill up fast and start having a small line so I’d recommend you get there early if you’re hungry.
After eating there I also bought the three vegan instant ramens they sold and each was also delicious with my personal favorite being the hot and sour one. Apparently these ramens are also sold at Natural Lawsons other restaurants so it’s not unique to this location.

This place was very good but not as amazing as other reviewers led us to believe. Needed to wait a short time which was fine. Interesting ramen and soy meat tastes great. Gyoza interesting had a fish flavour to them/the sauce. Good potion sizes left feeling full
