A vegetarian burger cafe located in Rome’s Centrale Mercato adjacent to Termini train station - just like the Florence Veg & Veg in their Centrale Mercato. Two burgers are fully vegan, while the others are vegetarian and can be made vegan. Has potato slices, a variety of salads, and juices. The indoor seating is shared with other area restaurants. Open Mon-Sun 07:00-00:00.

Vegetarian food stall @ Termini - Edit
There are a few seats and some shared tables nearby, but it's mostly suited for takeaway. We tried the vegan burgers and the vegan tiramisu. The burgers were more filling and tasty than we expected, but the tiramisu had a strange aftertaste and we couldn’t finish it. Prices were slightly above average but still reasonable. Overall, nothing exceptional, but it’s a convenient option for vegans needing a quick bite after a long journey.

Little options for vegan - Edit
Went there late one evening around 8 ish. No hot food available. Just whatever in the fridges. Not clearly vegan so had to translate the Italian ingredients ourselves

not worth the price - Edit
the burgers were dry and somewhat bland, potatoes had no salt… forgot to put greens in one of the burgers. i’m sure it has some redeeming foods but the burgers were not it.

Nice vegan options - Edit
Nice stall in the food court. They have many different options for vegans and vegetarians. I had a small poke bowl, you can choose four ingredients out of the buffet.
Read moreThe dressing was just olive oil and salt 😐
They also had fresh juice, I had the antioxidant. It was delicious.
Next day I came back for a Lunch. I had the wrap (the mayonnaise is vegan) and a vegan chicken salad.

Not clearly labeled, unfriendly and uneducated service - Edit
We wanted to get something to eat before catching the train, so we went to buy something from there. When we asked which bowls or wraps are vegan he said we should just look at the ingredients, some of the items did not have a ingredient list or were only in italian, some english ingredients were blocked by the price sign. He was very unfriendly and had to ask somebody else who also didn't know which were vegan and which were not. He kept explaining that this was a vegetarian and vegan bistro, and I only kept repeating yes but WHICH ONE IS VEGAN VEGANA VEGAN VEGANA? When I tried to pay I had to repeat myself three times, because he stopped listening to me.

Salad bowl and asian bowl are vegan we found out by translating the ingredients. The pizza place on the other side has vegan options and are really nice if you want to eat something.
Pros: Salt package on the salad, Good to go

Not great - Edit
We went here as it was near our hotel, very disappointed, didn’t taste that great, the burger was cooked with the roll in the oven which made it really dry.
Read moreafterwards I felt it had either scratched my throat or a piece of plastic was in the food that got stuck in my throat, which caused me to feel really unwell for the rest of the evening.
I would not eat here ever again after this

Insufficiente - Edit
Ho preso un panino con la cotoletta veg chicken. A dir poco terribile. Un sapore proprio brutto oltre ad essere il panino freddissimo con il cheddar veg completamente freddo e non sciolto.

Offensively bad - Zero Stars - Edit
The burger was truly awful, cold vegetable patty with salad and drowning in terrible tasting sauce, I ate about a third of it. The potato’s were so offensive I couldn’t eat them at all. Really not impressed.

Ordered a panino. It was heated quickly, but still a little cold on the middle. Good flavours though. A little on the pricey side.
Read moreSome of the other food in the counter definitely looked good. Would try again if I needed food at the station, but expectations not super-high.
Also, note that although it's veggie and vegan, there isn't much vegan and it's not particularly clearly labelled.
Pros: Good flavour
Cons: Pricey

We ordered to veggy burger to eat them on the train. Tasty, colorful, a little bit expensive (12€ each) but the station is generally not cheap. A very good travel solution!

Great WFPB Bowl - Edit
I had the large bowl and it was a perfect, WFPB lunch consisting of six choices, several of which I’ve not been offered before in a bowl. My bowl consisted of black rice, pumpkin, seaweed, eggplant, chickpeas and edamame. Make sure to act fast if you don’t want oil on top. Other dressing options included tamari and lemon juice. The chocolate torta was excellent!

Convenient - Edit
Located right in the food market in the Roma Tremini station, it's a great place to eat a heartful portion of vegan food. The prices are also train station-like (a bit high) and the food is a bit bland. However, usually there aren't many options like this for travelling vegans so it's still a plus.

The food here is decent, not amazing. The market is busy so not a relaxing place to sit but it's clean and nice enough. The benefits of this place is just that it's in the station but it's not worth going out of your way for.

This is a kiosk in the main Rome train terminal, with tables to grab and sit nearby. They offer grab-and-go salads and juices, salads, and made-to-order burgers. This food here is not luxurious, but it is nice for those in a rush.

Decent vegan options - Edit
Good place if you're at Roma termini and need a quick bite to eat. They have some veg and vegan sandwiches, salads and fresh juices as well as fruit. Had a vegan kebab sandwich and while it was decent, it was quite pricey (EUR 15). Good juices, tho. Happy to have some fruit after a lot of pizza and pasta.

The poke bowls leave a lot to be desired. No salad to add to the build your own and all the ingredients look like they’ve say there for a couple of days. Some of the pots had small fruit flies buzzing around them.
