Serves meat, vegan options available. Big food hall in a previously unused part of the Rome's main Termini train station. Many stalls selling a wide range of food and drinks, owned & run by the same company. You will find a couple of choices of vegan burgers here. Some fully vegetarian vendors are listed separately on HappyCow. Open Mon-Sun 08:00-23:30.

Veg & Veg Vegan Buger - Edit
Had a vegan burger (USA) at Veg & Veg. The burger itself was delicious, however they had run out some some ingredients (onion and something else I can't remember) so it felt a bit rubbish that we were still charged full price when they couldn't make the full burger properly. However, i would eat there again if needed. I also had some juice and that was nice too.

Comí dos días allí - Edit
El primer día me hice un poke con 4 ingredientes y ese estuvo muy bien, además me atendió un chico que sabía español. La segunda vez cogí uno de los platos preparados y no fue nada buena elección , no me gustó nada

Ok overall - Edit
There are a couple places in the market that are just veggie / vegan. Outside of these the choices are meat-heavy, but there are options!

Food hall within Termini - Edit
This is a separate food hall within the Termini. The two places that have vegan food within the Mercato I listed separately on HappyCow (Vegan and Vegano; and a gelato place). I looked around a bunch of times, and didn’t see any other places with vegan food here.
Read moreOn the other hand, you can find a bunch of other places that offer clearly labeled vegan items within the Termini that are outside the Mercato and then bring your food to eat on one of the tables here.

Server was rude, overcharged me and didn’t know about their own combo deal until I told him.

The potatoes were [censored]!! No potato left in them, probably sitting out for days, so dry.
Waste of money.

Decente - Edit

Vegan options at Termini - Edit
Huge hall with a variety of different restaurants in it. Despite being at the station, it is accessed from the outside, from the side street. The tables are shared by the different restaurants. We went to the “Vegetarian and vegan” which was very good.

Lively and diverse - Edit
The "mercato centrale" is a lively food hall inside the station. There is a bit of everything and you can find something vegan if you search. We had a thing called "trapizzino", the stand is a bit hidden at the very end of the hall, but they had a kind of trapizzino that was veganized for us (no cheese on top basically), which was quite nice and cheap. We also had a pizza marinara at the pizza stand, which maybe was a bit pricey, but very tasty and delicious. And in another stand we had fried artichoke, which was amazing. It was fun to have food from differents places.
Read moreNo vegan desert at all. Also I am not sure all italians know exactly what vegan means, sometimes they think you are vegetarian, so try to be very specific when you say what you can't eat, or you will find chese everywhere :/
Pros: some vegan options , lively atmosphere, traditional italian food stands
Cons: Overzll pricey

Market atmosphere - so many options! - Edit
Big variety of meals, sweets, desserts, ice cream, coffee with soy milk and so on. There is one veggie stall with a huge variety of options called Vegetariano & Vegano, from burgers with fries, fresh salads, vegetable rice, vegetable couscous dishes, smoothies, fresh fruit salads and desserts. At the coffee stall - soy milk upon request. Perfect place at the main train station!

Many options - Edit
This giant food court has all types of food, including some vegan options. The gelato place has several labeled vegan options, and right next to it is a Sicilian place with out-of-this-world granita (Italian ice). Super convenient as it’s in the train station, and can accommodate all sorts of tastes/dietary restrictions/options.

Trapizzino - Edit
I wanted to explore the market a bit before choosing the food stall, and I think it was good Idea. At the very end of the hall there is the Trapizzino stand, it is basically a pizza pocket with various filling. They had just a couple of vegan options that day, but the one with artichke I tried was amazing!

Convenient place for some veg grub - Edit
My partner and I were staying by the train station and wanted some Italian pizza so we went to Pane e Dolci in the Mercado Central. They had the typical long, Roman pizzas from which they will cut slices for you.
Read moreWe asked the woman at the counter about vegan pizzas, and she pointed out about five or six options! The typical pizza rossa and some more unique ones with hummus, peanuts, different veggies, etc. We shared a few of the options. They were all good, but nothing I would go out of my way for. If you are in the area it makes a nice, quick option.
Pros: Lots of vegan pizza options, Some unique pizza toppings

Be Careful - Edit
Mercato is awesome, has so many options for many preferences. They have vegan gelato and there are two places that do vegan food. One does vegan burgers/salads/juice - I had a nice salad but I was so put off by the disgusting service I had that I don’t even want to recommend it, go to the stall opposite with grilled vege it look 10x nicer and the people were kind just as I walked past. And please take care in this neighbourhood don’t walk around alone or in the dark it is not safe.

They have some vegan options! There is one stand that is completely vegan/vegetarian that serves burgers and salads but the burgers are really bad and the service not so good! And right in front you have a place that serves different grilled veggies and the service is really nice they gifted me and extra portion for free which was really nice!

Great vegan food available - Edit
There is an entire booth dedicated to vegetarian and vegan main dishes. My girlfriend and I got the two burgers they offer as well as a side of potatoes done in the oven. The burgers are stacked quite high with tasty ingredients such as caramelized onions and beets and the sauces are delicious. Highly recommend trying these! The 3rd time we went (out of 4 days), the chef gave us some vegan spicy mayo on the side for our potatoes—so good! In addition to this booth there are vegan options available at other ones, you just have to ask. For instance, there is a marinara pizza done in the wood stove that is simply out of this world, as well as a vegan chocolate plumcake that was quite good.
