The vegan pizza was pretty good, but no appreciation for the waiter chasing away a seagull by throwing a rock at it.

Uuno pizzeria uses wheat, soy and rice flour in their pinza dough which gives it a very airy texture and special taste.

Few vegan options on the menu. We had tulisonni pizza and it was really good. I wish there would be more options for vegans. Service was friendly.

We had the two vegan options on the menu, no. 9 (without bbq sauce) and no. 13, and both tasted very nice. The pinsas are made from a special dough which after baking are both crispy, soft and a little chewy - amazing dough and crust! They are Roman-style "pizzas" yet a bit different.
Read moreThe no. 13 is a bit untypical with a pea-cashew cream, mushrooms, tomato confit, parsley, truffle oil and fleur de sel, but it was still very tasty with good flavours, nice to try something different once in a while.

Good pizzas - Edit
Their menu has two vegan options, I have only tried one (Bulisonni). The pizzas have a Roman style crust, which is delicious. The sauces used are also really tasty, and they have vöner and vegan cheese. I would give 4 stars if they had more options for vegans.
