So much more than words can transmit - Edit
One of the ultimate stand out vegan places I’ve ever been to in my life. The three of us had their famous £22 Sunday Roast extravaganza each selecting a different meat (roast chicken, lamb and turkey). You are also provided with a Yorkshire Pudding then it’s self-service vegetables and all the usual trimmings such as sauces, stuffing and lashings of gravy. I had a bit of everything, piled my plate high then proceeded to devour the whole feast with a pint of their delicious Posh Lager overlooking Petticoat Lane Market. Not a bad way to spend an early Sunday afternoon before hitting The Oval for some T20 cricket action.

Fantastic - Edit
The staff and atmosphere were amazing and the food was great. My non vegan partner had the Tofish and chips and loved it and I had the Tempeh drumsticks which were so good. The menu is quite small but I get it, less is more. I would have liked a few more whole food veggie dish options rather than a menu with mostly meat alternatives. Overall a great restaurant and a great night out especially with the cocktails.

Unbelievable vegan food - Edit
This is definitely one of my favourite vegan restaurants in London. Such fantastic flavours and such an exciting and ambitious menu! This time, I tried the gochujang chicken burger with thick cut fries and garlic aioli, and it was brilliant. I also had the brownie for dessert, which was delicious and had a great texture, it wasn’t dry at all. I look forward to my next visit already😄

Very Tasty - Edit
Portions weren't large but were very nice, the drumsticks were good but the lotus root 'bone' was a bit tough, the garlic greens were not impressive, the tofish was really good, not too fishy but tasty & the chips were nice & thick. The waffles & ice cream were hot & fresh. My overall impression was very good but not outstanding, I think I have been spoilt by the quality ofvegan food in Shanghai.

On-point - Edit
My partner went for the meaty burger option and I went for vegan cod. Vegan fish alternatives are on the whole not amazing but this dish was honestly on-point. The flavors were perfect!

Most realistic fake meat I’ve ever had - Edit
Very stylish and cool inside. Lovely staff and atmosphere. The bacon and truffle Mac & cheese starter could’ve been a main, it was that delicious. The steak burger was eerily reminiscent of a real piece of meat which was an experience but still very tasty!

Veganuary special offer! - Edit
My boyfriend and I went for the veganuary special offer where your non vegan Co diner gets their meal for free if you are vegan! I got the ceasar salad but I asked to swap out the mock chicken with tofu instead. The only tofu they had was the one they used in the to-fish and chips so they added that to my salad. My boyfriend got the vegan beef burger and we split the cheesy fries. My salad was very fresh and quite filling, but the tofu was a little too much like fish (which is their intended purpose) so I didn’t love it because of my personal preferences. My boyfriend also said that the beef burger was nothing special, but it was good. We throughly enjoyed the cheesy fries, but the best part was the friendliness of the staff! 6.5/10 for food but 10/10 for service:)

The atmosphere was great! It was clean, and the service was spot on. Do make a reservation though as they get very busy. I had the "fish" & chips. It tasted real! All of our dishes were perfect. The flavours were also spot on! I will definitely be going there again! Do it, you won't regret it. Thank you Ed!!! 💚

Amazing food - Edit
The 3D-printed steak was surprisingly steak-like, as least as much as I remember the taste and texture of steak. I absolutely loved the mac and cheese, and the tofu fish and chips was a pretty solid main.

Awesome fish and chips - Edit
The fish and chips here was incredible! I'd recommend it to everyone. The 3d printed meals weren't really for me but are still my go-to picture to show meat eaters that have weird notions about the progress of mock meats.

Will definitely be going back here! - Edit
Very relaxed atmosphere at 12pm on a Tuesday. We tried the truffle bacon mac 'n cheese which was heavenly, and the best vegan mac 'n cheese I've tried in 10yrs of veganism. The gochujang drumsticks were nice, but nothing special. The tofish and chips again were nice, but a bit greasy. My omni partner and friend both said they wouldn't have known it wasn't fish. The 3D printed steak was DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommended the steak and mac 'n cheese. Portion sizes are very big. Will definitely go back here!

Mixed feelings - Edit
I was so excited to try fish and chips. Or tofish and chips. The texture of "fish" was really interesting. I would never guess that is just tofu. It pulled apart and looked like it had chewy fibers.
Read moreHowever, I am not sure If I can't digest greasy food anymore or if something was off, but I felt really bad after eating it.
Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but tofu might soaked up too much oil..
Maybe share it with someone if you order it.
I might come back to try something else from the meny.
Pros: Menu, Delicious
Cons: A bit greasy

Great veganuary deal! - Edit
The food was super tasty, service was great and we left full and happy. It was really lovely, just not quite five stars and I wouldn't be in a mad rush to go back again. We did just get the burger and tofish bites however so mabye their other options are more wow factor! #Veganuary

AMAZING!! Don’t miss out on this one! - Edit
Fast food style dishes, everything 100% vegan. We adore their fish and chips. The fish is made from tofu and a seaweed sheet which is than battered and fried. Texture is insanely close to real fish. We come here every time we’re in London.
Read moreAlso tried the 3D printed steak. Interesting but not worth it in our humble opinion. Quite pricy and pretty much tastes the same as the stuff you can buy in most supermarkets.

Great service and food - Edit
I ordered the tofish and chips. Chips were delicious, hand-cut and the tofish was incredible - so tender and flavoursome - I never would have guessed it was made of tofu if I hadn’t known. The mushy peas and tartare sauce were also great. Despite the diner being very busy, and quite understaffed, the staff were polite and affable, and it was really cool to sit at the bar and watch the hardworking bartender!!

Perfect Place - Edit
If you aim to prove to your non-vegan friends that vegan cuisine can be incredibly delicious, this is the spot to bring them. The menu features all the classic favorites, from burgers to fish & chips – except everything is entirely vegan.
Read moreHowever, if you're watching your diet, this might not be the ideal place. The highlight, though, is the exceptional "tofish" (tofu prepared to emulate the taste of fish). While much of the menu isn't inherently gluten-free, a special request can be made, although it may take a bit longer to be served. Despite the wait, the experience is well worth it, and if time is not of the essence, it's a fantastic choice. Beyond the admirable cause, the food itself is truly outstanding.
