Nice lunch! - Edit
Really great options here, lovely vibe. And you know what it did remind me of the Scandinavian cafes I frequented during my time in Copenhagen!

Unique - Edit
I’ve never been to a vegan Swedish cafe before - the food was nice, I had the meatballs. The real star of the show was the traditional cinnamon bun which was absolutely delicious.
Read moreWent back and tried their smorrebrod (3 for £15) which were excellent! The Brie they use is so realistic.

Decent food, but Scandinavian...? - Edit
As a Norwegian I was curious about this Scandinavian restaurant. First: The sign says «Scandinåvian Vagän», which is the incorrect use of the Swedish letters ä and å. Second: Most of the menu was either British food, Swedish, or Danish food. A clear lack of Norwegian food. That can be forgiven...
Read moreThe food was OK, but it wasn't amazing. The scrambled tofu was super wet, and the sausage weren't bad.
I had to repeat the name of the tea I ordered several times (Smörgårdste), and it came in a mug, not a pot as started on the menu (but I still paid the same price as a mug).
I'm sure you can get better scramble elsewhere in London, but was OK.

Not bad but not 5 stars come on everyone - Edit
This place has been on my list to try for forever because of all the 5 star reviews.
Read moreWe finally went this morning… the vegan brunch plate (scrambled tofu, beans, sausage) had good reviews from others. The open sandwiches were just okay.
It’s not bad but there are far better places for brunch in London.

I agree, breakfast is pretty average. If you want a good vegan breakfast I recommend trying ahima vegan cafe in pinner, and the gallery cafe in bethnal green. Their breakfasts are awesome!

A gem in London - Edit
Insanely tasty - I am usually a very picky eater but here I tried a lot of positions on the menu and they were all magnificent. The prices are very reasonable, I’d even say cheap for London and for the portions you get. The staff is very friendly and happy to accommodate food requests. One of the best places in London, hands down.

Excellent and interesting food, with a relaxed vibe - Edit
100% vegan. Wonderful food, especially the Scandi open sandwiches (smorrebrod) with beetroot salad. The open sandwiches are served cold, which was perfect for the hot weather. I also enjoyed the trifle (a special) and the in-house carrot juice.

Nice Swedish Vegan Dog - Edit
I had the Swedish Basic Dog and it was very good. You can either eat it with fork and knife or roll it up because it comes in a flatbread. Sadly they were out of croissants this day but I ate a cinnamon bun for desert which was also very tasty. Good to eat inside and for take awy!

Delicious food - Edit
I really enjoyed my meal here, i went for the smorgasbord because that is not something you get much as a vegan and it was a delightful combination of tastes and textures. The rye bread was possibly the best part (people who appreciate good bread will understand this is not a slight on the toppings!)
Read moreThe staff and owner were friendly, the decor was nice and i feel the price was really good for the quantity, i had the 3 of the smorgasbord and it was £14.50

Loved my mash and meatballs with gherkins and lingonberry. The menu looks great and there were many items I would’ve liked to order - maybe next time! Cinnabon was good too.

I took a colleague here and we had a great lunch, I had the meatballs and she had the Swedish hot dog. Glad we booked as it was busy on a Weds lunchtime. Wish it was open in the evening.

Scrumptious vegan plates at amazing value! - Edit
Brought friends here to try and we were blown away how yummy the filled croissants and toasties were at exceptional value for London. My partner wanted to order another filled croissant they were so good. Not to be missed!
Read moreI tried their scrambled tofu with all the toppings. It was great! Service was a little slow so they asked if I wanted anything while I waited which was do kind. I got the peach danish which was yummy. I really want to try the cinnamon bun next time.
Lovely place where I haven’t had the fortune of trying their meals. The chocolate chip cookie was great as was the kombucha from Momo. I will definitely be back to try a Scandinavian meal.

Friendly welcome. Great menu, need to visit again to be able to try more options. Today though I had the meatballs and mash with creamy gravy, fried onions, pickled gherkins, and lingonberries. It was delicious. The mash potatoes were perfect. It was my first time trying creamy gravy and I loved it. I really enjoyed my meal.
