Didn't fulfill my expectations - Edit
I was looking forward to this restaurant which promised many vegan options. It really does. However, I was a bit disappointed of the food I ordered. My scrambled tofu was very fatty and tasteless, ice cofee warmish and cake somehow boring.

There's slim pickings for vegan options in the area so it's lovely that not only are there vegan options but also veg heavy. It felt good to have a relatively healthy meal to balance out the amount of fries I've eaten all week! The cafe and neighbouring shop really brightens up the area too as its quite a dated and poorly maintained area with broken lifts and a scruffy beach.

Delicious vegan burger and smoothie - Edit
Popped in for a quick bite and a general check out as I followed the restaurant on Instagram for some time in anticipation of visiting Costa Adeje. Ordered vegan Mexican beetroot burger and green and lean smoothie. Both delicious and genera in size. Restaurant staff members were absolutely lovely too. Highly recommended!

Read moreI’m a vegan and was so happy to find this place so early on during my trip as the island lacks heavily with their vegan offerings. My sister is a meat eater & she loved eating here too!
We ended up eating breakfast here 3 times during our week long stay, we just wish the weather was as nice as the food!
First visit we both tried the full English (mine with tofu scramble & my sister had scrambled eggs) - it was so good, you leave feeling full but not in the nasty way a ‘normal’ full English would leave you feeling.
Our second visit we went the sweeter route and I chose the vegan French toast - my god it was effing delicious. Not a bad word to say about it. My sister got the pancakes and loved it- a little thick (stodgy) in places but overall a great taste.
During our third visit I decided on the vegan breakfast wrap (it was a monster of a wrap- I’m still full hours later.) The sister decided on having another full English with scrambled eggs & we both cleared the plates. :)
All three visits, i got an order of the hulk (wheatgrass & apple shot)- super yum!
It’s a little gem I’d recommend to anyone- their store is great too if you want to buy plant based items to cook back at the villa etc- it’s great for that. It’s in a poppin area and the staff are awesome!! Go visit them!

Had the açai bowl and my partner got a fresh orange juice - both really nice. The açai wasn’t the thickest I’ve had but it was well made.

First time in Tenerife and tbh struggling to find places that have good breakfast options for me within walking distance of apartment and that bf would be happy to eat - doesn't do green food so much and loves meat. It's like the vegan cooked breakfast hasn't yet landed in the heart of British breakfasts abroad!
Read moreSo far, I've been to Tierra twice and enjoyed breakfast options with high protein content. I had a full English breakfast vegan style with a pot of tea and an OJ ❤️ Very tasty and portion size was perfect.

Very tasty but bit of vegan spread on toast would have helped moisten the bread methinks but enjoyable all the same.
Staff all seem very friendly.
Worth a visit if in this neck of the woods.

We ate here twice and we were satisfied both times. The food is very good and not as junk-foody (?) as in other places around here. We had wraps, burgers, buddha bowl, avo toast and french toast.

So many vegan options, it's hard to choose only one dish. Had the tofu scramble with gluten free bread and a piece of (also gv) amazing carrot cake. And the Buenos dias smoothie. Husband had the pancakes and salted caramel smoothie. Everything tasted great and fresh and healthy.

The cafe is located on a terrace from where you can watch the sea. The vegan and vegetarian menu offers many dishes that all sound great. It was hard to choose what to order because everything sounded delicous. The price range is from 4 to 7 euros per dish. The staff is very kind. Ask for the daily menu. We had the vegan breakfast wrap and jackfruit Wraps, both very tasty.

I went here twice during my stay and really liked it. The portions are big and you definitely get good value for your money. They offer various vegan dishes such as pancakes, cakes, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies, and more. You’ll definitely find something that suits your taste here! The outdoor seating has views of the beach and sea which is pretty nice as well. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is quick.

Lovely cafe with a really big menu perfect for lunch or brunch. Really reasonably priced with decent sized portions. All the desserts are vegan and this place is pretty much vegan other than offering eggs on the menu (but they always offer tofu alternative). Knowedgable staff and everything is really well labelled. Strongly recommend.
