Best vegan clean food on Tenerife - Edit
I'll go here every day, every year I'm visiting Tenerife. I'd try a lot of other places for vegan food on the south side. But this is the best - vegan, glutenfree, clean and fresh food. Nothing like this 🫶 wished this place existed in Denmark.

Tierra is a great restaurant in Adeje, we visited several times whilst in the area, there are many Vegan options on the menu and the food is lovely.
Read moreI had a couple of Buddha bowls, a burger and a pizza made with a chickpea base, everything tasted great and the portion sizes are plentiful!
They do a range of deserts, I loved the sweet potato brownie.
Tierra are located on the upper level of the shops at the south end of Playa de la pinta, they have plenty of outdoor seating so booking ahead is not necessary in our experience.
Not quite as good as BuenaVida Vegan in my option but a larger menu and still a great choice for Vegan food in Adeje.

Had the berried treasure smoothie and twix bar - smoothie was tasty but as twix bar had just come out of the fridge is was rock solid and a bit messy to eat - very tasty though, just ask for extra napkins🤣

Staff all very friendly and the setting is very sweet with pastel chairs and tables.
Portion sizes good and had total food fomo when someone else’s loaded nachos came out! Might have to come back…

Best vegan place at Costa Adeje! - Edit
We love this place! Been there a couple of times and will definitely be back. They are not completely vegan (a few things are just vegetarian) but they have almost everything vegan! I would recommend the 'plato de la semana', it's always sooo good and for dessert you have to try the homemade twix!

Had the vegan English breakfast, banana bread, and french toast. For healthy food, it's very good. The mushrooms on the English were very good. The banana bread was quite salty. Very nice staff.

Well tasting healthy food. Lots of vegan options. I had a smoothie bowl, an chickpea omelet, coffee latte and later and ice coffee. Everything was delicious and I am definitely going back to this place!

Fantastic place, can't fault it. We had some great smoothies, pizza with vegan ricotta and pesto and jackfruit wraps, followed by desserts. All top-class, filling yet healthy and reasonably priced.

Everything on the menue is vegan or can be veganized. We ordered the Buddha Bowl and the Mexican Burger and they were a real taste explosion - we will for sure come back to taste other things like pizza or wraps.

Nice surprise on the beach promenade - Edit
I was delighted to come upon this place on the beach promenade after walking past dozens of fish and grill restaurants. I tried the Mediterranean vegan chickpea flour pizza with homemade pesto and vegan ricotta cheese. Food was tasty and very filling. Nice partial view of the sea.

We have visited here 4 out of 7 mornings of our trip to try as much of the menu as possible and each time did not disappoint. Lots to choose from, fairly priced for the portions and fresh ingredients. A must try.

My boyfriend enjoyed this more than I did and would probably give it 5* but I wasn’t overly thrilled. I had the hummus bagel and it was quite heavy as a lot of the fillings had been soaked in oil. The vegan burger and jackfruit wrap were much better. Mostly vegan (some options are veggie due to inclusion of cheese). My boyfriend enjoyed the French toast.
