Sehr süsses Café / Lunchspot in Costa Adeje. Tolle frisch gepresste Säfte und eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte. Alles ist hausgemacht, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und toll beraten. Das Essen war der Hammer, ich würde auch mehr Sterne geben wenn ich könnte!

The menu is small and appears to change regularly. We tried the tofu scramble on toast with homemade chive cheese which was very nice. The star was the flat bread with homemade cheese and caramelised onions. It was like a healthy pizza and had homemade soy meat so good. Also the yoghurt with berries again homemade vanilla cashew yoghurt with yummy fresh fruit

Read moreThey didn't have what I wanted to order, but that's OK, I then ordered two raw cakes, one for my son and one for me, then he had freshly pressed orange juice and I had the kombucha. Everything was nice.
I cannot comment too much on the food since I didn't try much.

Partner had a beetroot, falafel wrap and I had beetroot, hummus flatbread. Both very tasty (and healthy!)

Lovely comfy terrace just back from beach, feels very cosy. Owners friendly and welcoming. The menu has interesting dishes to try. Limited options which are not nut based.

What a find! Lovely lady owner, Nadine, producing all her own ingredients. Delicious cashew cheese and falafels. Only open lunch time but well worth taking a beach break and savouring the food.

The food tastes even better than it looks. the portions are generous and the ingredients are all high quality, fresh, and delicious. We shared a wrap and a bowl between two of us along with a pitcher of amazing home made ginger lemonade. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon when we visited but I hope it gets as busy as it deserves to be. #Veganuary

I'm actually a fan of sugar, wheat flour and preferably both deep-fried. But here you get something completely different. Delicious fresh food on freshly baked flatbread, without wheat or sugar. And it's so delicious! A really nice location, the dog is part of it too, it looks like. I like it!

The owners dog came to say hello and we sat down. Had a nice iced coffee and the lemon cheesecake. It was amazing! Also very nice calm music, definatly go here! :)

Fab cafe. All vegan. All made by owner. Had the flambé and lemon cheesecake, a juice with celery, apple, lemon. Also a great Americano. He had a falafel flatbread, chocolate cheesecake, beetroot / ginger juice. All wonderful. Salads and bowls looked great. Healthy , nutritious and delicious. The wee dog is cute too. Can’t fault it - although we were overheated walking from La caleta resulting in a very late lunch.

Read moreHad a stunning few dishes here. We found this place on the Happy Cow app to see if we could locate some local 100% vegan outlets in the area. This one looked the most healthy of all the options as usually some vegan options are all about junk food. But this place was all about fresh ingredients and everything is made in house. Not that we needed Gluten Free dishes but all dishes are free of gluten as well.
We had:-
1. TARTE FLAMBÈ TOPPED WITH PUMPKIN, ONIONS, VEGGIE MEAT, CASHEW SOUR CREAM
A lovely dish this was. Very tasty. A bit like a pizza really and a fair size too.
2. WRAP FILLED WITH VEGAN PUMPKIN SEED EGG, LETTUCE, RED CABBAGE, ONIONS, TOMATOES, CASHEW GARLIC SAUCE
This was another level. We were told how the “egg” was made out of Pumpkin seeds and other fresh ingredients. In the past 4 yrs of me going vegan I have never tasted such a fantastic copy. The texture was incredible. And the taste and flavour were brillaint too. It was a decent sized wrap as well. Very chunky.
3. RAW LEMON CHEESECAKE
SWEETENED WITH AGAVE & DATES
We had to share the cheesecake to not only try it but we couldn’t get one each as we were full from the first two dishes.
To drink we had
1. ORANGE JUICE - this was freshly pressed on ordering!
2. INNER FIRE (CARROT, APPLE, GINGER) - again made fresh to order.
Service was fast. Dishes came out in no time and the staff were lovely.
Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Beautifully prepared homemade food made with a passion for healthiness. We had a beetroot falafel salad & tahini quinoa followed by a red berry cheesecake. All of it tasty & generous portions. Friendly owners
