Fast food vegan restaurant est. 2018 in the 3rd district of Paris, near the stations Oberkampf and République. Restaurant makes vegan burgers in house. Served with french fries, you can choose between ketchup and mayo. The menu also offers some vegan snacks as well as vegan desserts such as a chocolate brownie. Previously known as Burger Theory. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri-Sun 11:00-22:00.

I have to say this was sadly one of the worst meals I've had from a vegan burger restaurant.
Read moreThe fries were overcooked or had been sat around for too long. I never leave fries but I had to here.
The mayo was really mustardy, and quite unpleasant.
The ribs were spongy and bad. Something I expected 15 years ago, not now.
The burger was quite good, it was a Huera which are very nice, so at least it's hard to go wrong there.
Service was good, for a fast food place it was nice to not have to stand at the counter waiting.
Pros: Huera burgers are nice , Nice lemonade brand
Cons: Ribs were terrible , Fries were one of the worst I've had

Personnel adorable, frites gourmandes à souhait, bonne musique diffusée, beaucoup de créativité dans les burgers proposés. Mon passage chez eux a également été l'occasion de déguster une délicieuse bière blanche parisienne. Le tout pour un prix parfaitement honnête. Oubliez la théorie, passez à la pratique : Foncez chez Theory sans hésiter !

Small location with small menu, but what they serve is all great quality. Staff were very nice, food was great and the vibes were fun. Prices are reasonable and the menu option is a good deal.

First time in this restaurant and my experience was really good. The food is very tasty (burger, ribs, nuggets, and in very picky regarding burgers), the service is good, staff is very nice. I highly recommend !

The mushroom burger was delicious - chips portion was large so I was pleased my partner had a salad (with a proper gorgeous dressing) so we shared.
We arrived at 930pm and they were closing at 10pm but told us on arrival and the food arrived fast so we had a comfortable meal and left as they were closing.
Friendly staff and held out with our poor french - really kind and recommending things on the menu.

I don't know where to start. The burgers were delicious, they also have incredible milkshakes wich is rare to find as a vegan. The staff is super super friendly, if you're looking for a great vegan place, do not hesitate.

Me and a friend came to Theory as they were offering free burgers. We got the chick’n bacon BBQ burger and it was amazing! I think it had la vie bacon which is one of my favourite vegan bacons!! Can’t attest for the price or any other things on the menu as this is what they were giving out

Some burgers were better than others. The mushroom one tasted a lot like an Impossible burger, but better. This one was the winner for us. The Buffalo burger was just OK, and the “spicy” Cajun burger was not spicy at all. The latter two were a completely different type of burger (not Impossible-y, and not as good).
Read moreThe nuggets were fine, as was the broccoli (though it was cold). The fries were pretty good but not amazing. The best part of the meal was the INCREDIBLE mustard that we had with the fries. They’ll offer you a choice of mayo or ketchup, but they’ll give you mustard if you ask for it. Ask for it.
We didn’t try any of the bowls, but they looked good.

Worst Burger I had In Paris - Edit
I went here for dinner about half an hour before closing time. Unfortunately that meant the upstairs floor where the seats were was closed. I had to take away.
Read moreI had the BBQ Buffalo (9,90€). It was really not good. Out of the three burgers I ate during my time in Paris it was definitely the worst. The best was Green Farmer's and the second best was Hank Burger.
I will not come back here again.

Their “double cheesy” burger tastes just like a McDonalds burger (but better) and was able to get it with a gluten free bun. The salad bowls are delicious too if you want a healthier option.

We were looking for a vegan place for lunch and found Theory. From the outside it looks like a takeaway only place but they actually have a little seating area upstairs. We tried a burger and a bowl and both tasted good. The soymeat in the bowl was a bit dry but nothing to complain about. There are many different burgers and bowls to choose from. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back if I ever visit Paris again.
