Fast food vegan restaurant est. 2018 in the 3rd district of Paris, near the stations Oberkampf and République. Restaurant makes vegan burgers in house. Served with french fries, you can choose between ketchup and mayo. The menu also offers some vegan snacks as well as vegan desserts such as a chocolate brownie. Previously known as Burger Theory. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri-Sun 11:00-22:00.

Great burger - Edit
Me and a friend came to Theory as they were offering free burgers. We got the chick’n bacon BBQ burger and it was amazing! I think it had la vie bacon which is one of my favourite vegan bacons!! Can’t attest for the price or any other things on the menu as this is what they were giving out

Some burgers were better than others. The mushroom one tasted a lot like an Impossible burger, but better. This one was the winner for us. The Buffalo burger was just OK, and the “spicy” Cajun burger was not spicy at all. The latter two were a completely different type of burger (not Impossible-y, and not as good).
Read moreThe nuggets were fine, as was the broccoli (though it was cold). The fries were pretty good but not amazing. The best part of the meal was the INCREDIBLE mustard that we had with the fries. They’ll offer you a choice of mayo or ketchup, but they’ll give you mustard if you ask for it. Ask for it.
We didn’t try any of the bowls, but they looked good.

Worst Burger I had In Paris - Edit
I went here for dinner about half an hour before closing time. Unfortunately that meant the upstairs floor where the seats were was closed. I had to take away.
Read moreI had the BBQ Buffalo (9,90€). It was really not good. Out of the three burgers I ate during my time in Paris it was definitely the worst. The best was Green Farmer's and the second best was Hank Burger.
I will not come back here again.

Their “double cheesy” burger tastes just like a McDonalds burger (but better) and was able to get it with a gluten free bun. The salad bowls are delicious too if you want a healthier option.

We were looking for a vegan place for lunch and found Theory. From the outside it looks like a takeaway only place but they actually have a little seating area upstairs. We tried a burger and a bowl and both tasted good. The soymeat in the bowl was a bit dry but nothing to complain about. There are many different burgers and bowls to choose from. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back if I ever visit Paris again.

I come here every months since some times now. This is a nice little place, I am always kindly welcomed. It's true the burger are not your big burgers that you can find in classical fast foods, but they're packed and if you are hungry, the sides can fit what place is left in your stomach, and you will not be judged because you pick fries + 1 or more sides on top of your burger.

Also, the simili-beef slices "Buffalos" are not to be missed, that's the best part for me!

Lovely little place with lots of vegan options - pretty big burger menu, and ribs and bowls. Serves beer. The ribs were amazing. The burger was a vital wheat gluten patty and a bit rudimentary/tasteless. I had the Cajun burger and there was 1 jalapeño and not much taste. Having had approx 1 million burgers by now it could have been tastier seeing as it’s the main offering. The chips were great and definitely order the ribs.

Commandé en livraison, le tout est arrivé bien chaud et très vite. Les burgers étaient très bons et les frittes aussi. Mention spéciale pour les buffalo wings dont la texture est parfaite, vraiment délicieux ! La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé c’est le brownie qui était glacé et dur.

Had the Buffalo pieces which was 8 soy pieces cooked in spicy BBQ sauce, which was really delicious, nice and chewy, alongside some chips. It was raining heavily the day I went, so it was good they have a small seating area upstairs.
