Fast food vegan restaurant est. 2018 in the 3rd district of Paris, near the stations Oberkampf and République. Restaurant makes vegan burgers in house. Served with french fries, you can choose between ketchup and mayo. The menu also offers some vegan snacks as well as vegan desserts such as a chocolate brownie. Previously known as Burger Theory. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri-Sun 11:00-22:00.

Je suis ravie de mon expérience chez Burger Theory. L'accueil était vraiment très agréable. Le burger était très bon et les frites de patates douces un vrai délice, j'ai pris un flan en dessert qui était également très bon.

I really dig this place! Every burger has a fun name and a cool inspiration. My Mom chose the King Kong which is their best-seller - it looked super fresh. I got the Sitting Bull and it was a highlight with the raw carrots and the “banh-mi”-esque notes. I also wanna add that I’m very picky about my vegan cheese and the one they use here is tasty and melty!

Ordered Le King Kong, fries, a drink and a cookie (the combo). With a name like the King Kong you’d expect a monster of a burger but it was an ordinary size. The patty is a soy-type filet and is served with melted cheese and sautéed mushrooms. It was good. The fries were crisp and came with either mayo or ketchup. Staff was friendly and helpful. 17 euros.

Great alternative for a vegan burger - Edit
It may sound risky to open a vegan burger outlet just 10-minutes-walk away from the reference in Paris: Hank Burger. Yet Burger Theory does not look ridiculous in this challenge: they offer a great alternative with tasty and bitty steaks, and great flavours. Definitely worth a try!

Everything we had was tasty.
Usually when we eat burger + fries we end up feeling that we have overeaten; however, it was not like that this time. So that's a plus for us. :)
The flan was very good, although in texture and taste it was closer to a bread pudding.
The service was very quick and friendly; and they have an eat-in space on the second floor that can accommodate around 20 people.
All-in-all, this is a nice addition to the vegan junk food joints in town. :)

This new restaurant compensates very well the closure of VG. It offers tasty vegan burgers, and I particularly appreciate their steaks. Their fries are also very good (even if they do not provide enough sauce) and their brownie is just amazing. I had a complete meal for 16 euros (burger, fries, dessert and a drink) and was not hungry anymore after it. The staff is young and friendly. I am eager to try the other burgers!

Cute vegan resteraunt, with free WiFi. They catered for our fussy vegan diets, and made the burger plain for us without a problem. We asked about vegan shops nearby to buy food to take to Disney and we were given a list of 3 nearby shops- very helpful, and worth travelling out to.

I found the service VERY fast, the fastest burger brand. The homemade fries are very good with the mayo.
I took the COMBO formula with the Giant Anky burger, and actually, the buns, rosemary sauce, onion confit ... and the soy bean blend perfectly to dazzle our taste buds ...
The added value of this fast food vegan is the possibility to offer 3 accompanying, sweet potato, homemade fries or salad. But the most impressive is this well-aerated chocolate mousse that is very successful, a good dark chocolate with little sweetness, without feeling the salty taste of chickpeas
The choice of drink is important, the decor, electrical outlets, wifi and the volume of 20 places upstairs allow you to eat comfortably.
Burger Theory has just opened, its motivated team is making its mark on schedules, offers, I am sure they will find the pace quickly.
In no place, the word vegan is indicated but rather 10% vegetable, which is common in other fast food vegans of the bordering countries. "Plant based". This helps not to repel the customer.

I had high expectations for the burgers here, with all their delicious looking pictures I thought I was in for a real special treat. The burger it self was ok, when I saw the lady make the King Kong I immediately ordered it. The seitan steak is ok just wish they would add more flavor and I didn’t taste the mushrooms very much. The fries were good and their sauce was great! Just wished the container for the sauce was bigger to have more of it ^^ I thought the price was a little high for this type of food. This menu with the burger fries drink and dessert is normally 16€ but there was a promotion that day for 1€ off so I paid 15€. The brownie on the other hand was delicious, rich , heavy, full of chocolate, don’t forget to try it!

One of the best fast-food in Paris - Edit
As a big fan of burgers, I tried a lot of them since becoming vegan and the Castor Nola is clearly the best mock chicken burger I ever ate. The sides, drinks and desserts were very good too. And the owners are really nice and have a passion for vegan burgers. For all that, I highly recommand the place.
