Vegan bakery - Edit
Just went to the sanctuary and it was a nice little bakery. Everything is vegan and one does not have to pay additional for different milk options. The good on display was nice and the barista and her coworker very pleasant.

Small place. Very few seating and no toilet. My experience in Berlin is that food looks better than they taste. But not in The Sanctuary. They look great and taste even better.

... because it's all vegan!! The focaccia didn't blow my mind, but it was still very good. The pastries though are simply amazing! Flaky on the outside, generously filled with delicious cream. The pistachio croissant is a dream. I want to try all of them!

Ultra leckere italienische Backwaren! Sie beherrschen echt ihr Handwerk. Wir waren unter der Woche kurz vor Ladenschluss da, also gab es leider nichts Süßes mehr. Die Focaccia war soooo lecker. Leider weiß ich die Namen nicht mehr, aber eine hat richtig toll nach Parmesan geschmeckt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, um was Süßes zu probieren!

Read moreWhen we visited the unfortunately wasn’t too many options but I had a yummy treat with pistachio cream filling.
Pistachio taste was not that recognizable, more like a mild cream filling but yummy nevertheless.
Unfortunately no (outside) seats available.
Nice option to go though.

Love this small Italian bakery! They have heaps of different pastries and also savoury stuff. Had the pain au chocolat and an onion focaccia and both were absolutely divine! Can’t wait to try their other pastries.

Sehr leckere vegane süße und herzhafte Italienische Backwaren und Kaffeegetränke. Sollte man auf jeden Fall mal probiert haben. Nur sehr wenige Sitzplätze innen und draussen bei schönem Wetter auf den Fensterbänken.

I loved this place. I saw they had many options, unfortunately I arrived close to closing and there were few. But I didn't get disappointed, I had a very good ice late and a piece of vegan parsley filled with strawberry cream.
