Great food in Orlando airport - Edit
Emerald Kale Salad was delicious and had a vegan, gluten-free option. They also have guacamole and chips, and an Impossible burger. Those looked amazing, but I didn't have time to try them.
Read moreAt ground level, there's a takeout-only area with fruit cups, chips, etc.. Upstairs you can order and eat in, with all the menu options I mentioned.
Summer House is a chain of restaurants in several states. The only other location in Orlando is at Disney Springs. This one (in the airport) is in the same terminal as Jet Blue. If you're just arriving in Orlando, you need to go to the restaurant before you leave to go to bag check. Otherwise, you'd have to go through security *again* to get back into the terminal. If you're about to fly out from Orlando, you'd check your bag first, then security, then head into the restaurant. There are Disney, Universal, and Harry Potter shops nearby in the same part of the terminal.
