Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant offering a few items that can be made vegan such as chilli, salads, protein bowls and acai bowls. Open Mon-Sun 4:00am-7:00pm.
I was in a rush and super hungry so I stopped here. I got the taco salon (so cheese, no sour cream) and ate it after I boarded the plane. Maybe I wasn’t impressed because the bow sat for awhile before I could eat it, but one reason for the two stars is the preparation. They didn’t even chop the lettuce for my salad—they left the leaves whole, like you’d put on a sandwich. 🙄 The tortilla strips were really stale too, like cardboard. Definitely not worth the $16 I paid for it but I had to eat something and this was the only option.
Not many vegan options at MCO. Here you can get the taco bowl, ask no cheese no sour cream. Today they had Lightlife plant based chicken, exciting to see vegan protein at an airport!
I got the chili-cado bowl without the cheese. It was pretty good, but nothing special. Definitely an option if you’re looking for something small to eat while waiting. Enjoyed it but the portion could have been larger.
The vegetarian chili was very good and had a lot of good veggies in it. There were also some salads and bowls (with quinoa), açaí bowls, etc. that you could customize with black beans, vegetarian chili, etc. Also has some fresh fruit, chips, drinks, etc.

Some good options - Edit
They asked if I wanted Nutella on the acai bowl so just make sure to say no! Leave the tzatziki off the greek protein bowl to veganize it.
