Wonderful salad - Edit
I really enjoyed the Japan salad. Mushrooms are cooked in a unique way. Lots of fresh vegetables. The apple, pear and ginger shake was also very delicious. Adorable cat that hangs out at the restaurant too. Opening hours now are 11am- 2pm, 5pm- 10pm, closed Sundays.

I’m more of a junk food vegan. I saw the great reviews and decided to give this a shot, even though I wouldn’t typically think of a massaman curry with mixed salad wrap as my kind of thing.

Everything is amazing! Love the lentil soup, the gnocchi and the tempeh plate but tonight tried the gluten free lasagna for the first time and it was so freaking good! Everything is delicious, always.

I had the refreshing noodle salad which is part of their summer menu. It was delicious and very filling. I thought I would make it back there to try something else but there are so many veg options in Pai that I never did get around to it.

Some of the best vegan food in Thailand - Edit
As a vegan who lives in Thailand, I was overjoyed to come across this place. The owner/chef has some serious talent! The menu is pared down to about 5 main dishes, with several off-menu items available as well. My husband (who eats meat) and I ate here 3 times over the past 5 days so we tasted everything on the menu. We both agreed that every single dish was utterly excellent.
Read moreThe owner/chef used to be a high-end chef but wanted to start her own business in her own style - the food totally reflects this. Her dishes are incredibly thoughtful in their composition and flavours. The ingredients are totally fresh and she makes a point of showcasing them in the dishes. My husband went NUTS for the lasagna and gnocchi dishes. We also had seasonal veggies in green curry and an amazing veggie filled crepe.
She also has a selection of cheesecakes and other desserts. Also incredibly delicious.
The prices are totally great (around 90-100 baht per dish) for such excellent quality. We're in looooove!!!

A street-food inspired little restaurant, run by a true vegan chef! - Edit
After years of running Isara Gardens, the owner decided to experiment and opened this lovely little place in the middle of Pai, excellent move! The food is amazing and we kept going back for more. Delicious, a chef's original recipes, beautifully presented, good quality at an affordable price, not to miss!

Street Vegan #1 is a small restaurant on street food in Pai but the quality of food is not small cause they create all food with passionate, very clean and high quality of ingredients, using Himalayan salt, coconut oil, nuts, seeds and fresh vegetables. Super friendly and reasonable prices. If you come to Pai, don't miss it !
