The place and people were really nice but my food was a bit disappointing. I ordered dumplings and a juice, but my juice wasn’t that tasty and my dumplings were more like mini deep fried pies than the classic dumpling I was expecting. They were okay, quite stodgy and not very satisfying tbh. I probs won’t go back myself but I’m sure there’s better things to order on the menu

I had the dumplings which were very good. They are lightly panfried with.a slightly chewy texture. They come with a small fresh salad, a little dish of chopped peanuts in some sort of oil and a soy sauce based sauce.
Read moreI ordered a pot of the Tom Yum tea, it was really nice. The longer it sat the spicier it got. I had the chocolate pie for desert. So yummy!!
This place was a little more expensive, but i felt it was worth the splurge.

Extremely expensive?! 5 to 10$ for a freshly cooked highly creative and top quality vegan meal is too much while housing in kpg are through the roof, supplies limited and at least 50% more expensive than on main land. Do you understand how how a business operate? Rent, bills, staff salaries, supplies and other costs? So paying a 10 years old bungalow on the beach 1000$ is ok, paying 50$ for a one night party ticket with unknown djs is ok, paying 15$ for a bad cocktail at a sunset bar is ok but 8$ for a big portion of fresh creative food in a special setup with good service is too much?! 😂

Read moreThey have a few nice dishes (i forgot the names though). The food seems to be high quality and freshly prepared.
They don’t have every dish every day.
Also the drinks (fresh juices etc) are good and delicious. Prices are on the upper end for KP but really ok for the food.

The dishes we tried were excellent and generously sized, although the prices are steep. I have never tried a Vietnamese pancake so I tried that and it was really good although I'd have liked some salad or veggies on the side, but it was just a pancake.

My daughter had a tofu satay starter which was also delicious.
The lasagne my friend had was amazing and the khao soi looked fabulous too. We all really enjoyed the food.
The place is really cute, cosy and homely, spread over two floors. My only fault would be the mozzies as we all got bitten like crazy even though we were all sprayed up!
Also, my food took quite a bit longer than my two friends' dishes but that is something you get used to in Thailand anyhow.

Taste explosion in my mouth. The textured meat was so flavorful and delicious. I got the ramen noodle salad and it was divine. Absolutely delightful, zero complaints except that it was such a generous portion I don’t have room for dessert😆
