Delicious pasta - Edit
The pasta dish was delicious, I had the spaghetti arribiata, but there's a few options that can be made vegan.
Read moreThe restaurant is found down a little side street from the main attractions and can be quite busy.
It's easy enough to book online, so I would recommend this in the summer months.
Pros: Delicious pasta, Great decor
Cons: Highlight vegan options on the menu

Excellent Italian food but crowded - Edit
Be sure to reserve a table, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time. We waited for almost two hours until we got seated. They serve authentic Italian food and have several vegan dishes. I ordered a veggie pizza without cheese. It was very good. Prices are around 10 to 15 euros for a main dish.

Be prepared to wait - Edit
If you don't have a reservation you need to stand in line outside until a table is free. We had to wait about 20 minutes when we arrived at 8 p.m. The menu does not have any vegan labels, but the dried pasta is vegan so I ordered the vegetable pasta, which was very tasty. Don't go to this place if you are looking for peace and quiet because it is very busy and the staff is quite stressed. Dinner was brought about 10 minutes after we ordered it.

Great food and service - Edit
Nothing is marked vegan on the menu but we were fairly confident we knew what we could eat. In order to be sure, we checked with our waiter who, without hesitation, pointed out the egg-free dried pastas and went through the rest of the menu with us.
Read moreFocaccia to share with tomatoes and olives was superb with fat puffy dough and a bottle of excellent fruity olive oil on the table. Pasta with seasonal vegetables followed - also very tasty and generous helpings.
The only thing lacking was an interesting dessert. Only melon or pineapple carpaccio was offered, so we passed, and to be honest we'd eaten enough already!
This is a beautiful restaurant with exceptional staff, comfortable seating, cool but thankfully not chilled on this exceptionally hot day, definitely a place to revisit.
Pros: Superb staff, Fantastic focaccia
Cons: No interesting vegan dessert
