Flavors are lacking. - Edit
Been here many times. They usually have three or four vegan ice cream and sorbet varieties. They're not bad. Can usually find something that's okay. But none of the flavors have ever blown me away.

I ordered a scoop of the Salted Caramel & Okara Cupcakes and my partner ordered a scoop of the Malted Chocolate Barley Milk--both vegan flavors. Only after we finished, did I notice the menu also had a Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons flavor, which was not vegan. Because the flavors had such similar names, I was worried I was given the wrong one, so I asked. The employee confirmed they had given me the non-vegan flavor. Another employee offered to refund our money and give a $10 gift card. I don't care about the money. As a vegan for 20 years, I was, and still am, extremely upset.

Fakey extracty flavor, nonvegan waffle cone - Edit
Ate the waffle cone because there isn't anywhere it says non-vegan, and realized after and asked, and they said it's non-vegan. The mint flavor tasted like drinking mint extract in the mint chocolate chip. Go to Kate's vegan ice cream instead it's good!

Delicious Vegan Ice Cream! - Edit
loved the vegan ice cream options here. this is a chain and we have been to two of their locations and loved the vegan ice cream both times. wish there were more ice cream flavors! so far we have tried their vegan mint choc chip, vegan boysenberry oat milk, vegan strawberry and coconut. creamy, unique flavors, absolutely lovely!
