Love that everything is vegan by default, so don’t let the fact that this place is technically vegetarian deter you if you’re vegan! We stuck with the savory options for this trip. Looking forward to trying their sweet options next time!

I loved the stuffed waffles and the bloody mary drink. The waffle batter was blue corn, which i have never had before, and it was so good!

This place is an all-vegetarian restaurant and most of the menu is vegan, with optional add-ons like eggs.🌱✨ It has an American-style vibe, so you really feel like you’re in the US.🇺🇸 We’ve been here twice so far and loved it every time!

The waffles are made with blue corn flour so they are gluten free, perfectly moist, and available in both sweet and savory options. Definitely worth trying, and they are not too big.🧇🫰
The Full Mess feels like a classic American breakfast plate. The gluten free biscuit is soft and flaky, and the gravy is rich and so delicious!🤤
There are so many fun menu choices and the staff is incredibly friendly, so it’s the kind of place you want to visit again and again. Highly recommend!!!✨😊

Off the griddle is always a great choice - Edit
I have mixed feelings, on one hand, it's nice to have a more accessible off the griddle location but on the other, but on the other I prefer more variety rather than 2nd locations, I'm still miss Vita cafe and it'll be hard to visit the Alberta OTG without missing Chilango...still it's awesome they're here rather than something worse!

I ordered the Awesome Plate. The herb tofu scramble was flavorful. The tempeh did not resemble bacon at all, but I still enjoyed it. The half of a waffle was served with vegan butter and maple syrup. I appreciate that the menu is vegan by default, but I wish they would not offer dairy or eggs at all.
