222 is by far my favorite cake brand ever. Every time I've gotten a slice, I've loved it. I still think about an ube funfetti cake I missed out on because my husband thought I was done with it. Still a recurring joke in our house. 222 is often the deciding factor between restaurants - which one has 222 or which one has the flavor we want to try next.
Read moreI recently learned you can order cakes for special occasions too which is a total birthday game changer after another vegan bakery botched our order pickup.
I think my only complaint is that there's no brick and mortar store for me to stop in and enjoy a slice like normal people enjoy ice cream. But there's always the wholesale spots for that!
Pros: Flavor- tons of options, all great, Texture - dense and moist like cake should be, Frosting - adds to cake, not just sugar
Cons: I don't currently have a slice...

I ordered a Halloween funfetti cake and lemon lavender cupcakes for a party and everything came out perfect! The flavors were fantastic, especially the chocolate frosting on the funfetti cake- it was so rich and chocolatey. Ordering was simple, the owner was responsive and pickup was a breeze.

I'm personally not vegan, but most of my besties are.... so when it's time to celebrate getting a cake from Allie is my go to move! Easy to work with, cakes are beautiful and delicious! We also enjoy 222's cake by the slice at our local bar Bye&Bye! Also do not walk, RUN, to get 222 Pastry's treats at her next pop-up!

Allie’s been supplying numerous bars and restaurants with rotating cakes flavors and I’ve never been disappointed! Her flavors and textures have been spot on! Sometimes it has even felt like a fun scavenger hunt finding different flavors around town. My partner ordered a cake for my birthday from her and that was one of my best gifts. Not only does she make amazing cake, but if you ever catch one of her pop-ups, get ready to be blown away by her pastry ability in all areas. She’s also incredibly sweet and personable which is a nice bonus.
