Un imprescindible en Málaga - Edit

Manuel se encarga de todo. Cocina y te atiende porque sí, estás en su casa y así te hace sentir.
La comida es fantástica y original.

The best vegan food we have had in Malaga. Manuel provides a set lunch of three savoury courses. He cooks it in the kitchen at the end of the Sala and when he brings it to your table he talks through all the ingredients. Everything is cooked on the premises from fresh ingredients with a zero waste philosophy backing up all he does. The food is utterly delicious and he even offers you a dessert. Highly recommended..

Cons: Now open on Saturday. Happy Cow website says close

The most delicious meal made with Love - Edit

We booked a meal here for the last day of our holiday as a treat and it was everything we hoped and more. Manuel is both host and chef and treats each guest as a friend and introduces the food with care and tenderness, in each bits we can taste every ingredient and the harmonys were perfect. We felt relaxed and cared for all the while each plate that was brought out was delicious,thoughtful and we already have made a plan to return without a doubt. #Veganuary

He descubierto este restaurante gracias a un amigo que me lo recomendó.
De verdad es que me ha gustado mucho, sea la comida sea la atención de parte del propietario. El concepto es interesante. La comida es de verdad muy muy rica y se nota que el cocinero ame su trabajo.
