Not a vegan restaurant but really good food - Edit
This restaurant isn’t vegan as it sells products with milk and eggs etc. but the food was amazing nonetheless! I had the spinach and cheese lasagne. Really big portions and decent pricing!

I can not understand any negative review that I have read. This place is amazing and one of the best places I have ever been (vegan for 11 years). The prices are a little bit higher but it is definitly worth it. Can only recommend the truffle pasta!

We decided to ignore the bad reviews and give this restaurant a shot. Following our visit, I don’t quite understand how people rate this with only 2 stars - it is way better than that.
Read moreThe service was impeccable - really friendly and attentive, but not too much or annoying. The presentation was very good - and unlike MIMO vegan restaurant down the road, everything actually worked together and tasted good.
The fettuccini, and cheesecake were really yummy - defo recommend these. The Vietnamese rolls were good, but maybe a little too greasy for me. The kimchi arancetti and lasagne are perhaps an acquired taste and I wasn’t too keen - but that is my taste preference and not the restaurants fault.
I would definitely revisit if we had more days.
Also, this is no more expensive than other restaurants in Malaga, and considering this is a fully vegan restaurant, I’m more than happy to support it. 5 star. Give it a good go! ☺️

La comida es excelente. El local es bonito, cuidado y la atención del personal inmejorable. Pedimos los arancinis, la pasta con “vieiras” y tarta de queso. Los platos eran sabrosos y muy curados. Los arancinis de kimchi son los mejores que he comido nunca. He leído críticas diciendo que era caro, pero la verdad es que teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los platos, los ingredientes que se notaba que eran buenos y la excelente experiencia en general, no me parece un precio excesivo.

Nice vegan place in Malaga but expensive - Edit
We were lucky enough to have this place right in front of our hotel, what are the odds! They make a nice fusion/Asian cuisine, we had the amazing arancetti with kimchi, which I strongly recommend. The artichoke, tempura and pakora were nice, but the arancetti stood out. The gyoza were not very nice, they had an unpleasant aftertaste. Quite expensive though, I feel like vegan restaurants are considered still a bit posh.

The decor is elegant , and the staff are friendly. However, our dining experience fell short when it came to the food. We tried three dishes, none of which left a lasting impression. The fettuccine with mushrooms imitating seafood we ordered was not very enjoyable (it literally only had ONE mushroom chopped into three pieces). The aubergine with teriyaki sauce tasted very bad. The arancini was okay, though. I would suggest that they focus on making simpler but tastier recipes instead of trying to imitate animal-based dishes.

The only tasty thing was... Kombucha and Fritz Kola. And maybe one sauce. Food looked very good but tasted really bad. We didn't finish it becouse it was so bland. We don't mind paying a little bit more but for decent quality. I would give one star if I coud. Just don't go there, trust me.

The scallop fettuccini was delicious. The pumpkin risotto lacked somewhat. The New York cheesecake was not a firm cheesecake but was still tasty. It had a ginger biscuit base and a lemony cream on top. Portions could have been bigger for the cost but was happy with the meal.

Having read various unflattering reviews I approached dinner at Verduritas with some trepidation, but it was totally unfounded. I could not find fault with the ambience (attractive decor, cosy), service (friendly and attentive), food (excellent quality and nicely presented)and prices (no more than we're accustomed to paying elsewhere in Europe).
Read moreWe shared four dishes, arancinetti with a delightful hint of kimchi, crisp tempura with a Japanese sauce, pinsa foresta (a pizza type base with tomato, vegan mozzarella, mushroom and truffle), and carrot cake. All were delicious and portions generous.
To my mind all the negative comments are undeserved. Please give this place a try - go with an open mind, ignore the negativity, and appreciate what the good people of Verduritas are offering.

The food was nice but really overpriced (not just expensive in spain, these were like big northen europe city prices) especially since the portions were TINY. and for that the food is quite simple. We had a resevation but needed to wait a long time before we were let in, the service could have been better. I have had much higher quality vegan food for much less. If you are looking for a vegan meal in Malaga, I'd reccomend meet vegano (100% vegan and my favourite restaurant in Malaga) or the restaurant byoko (vegan options)
