Calzone - Edit
It's great to have a traditional Italian which is all vegan.
Read moreLots of variety on the menu. I tried the calzone campagnolo and the insalata seiten and thoroughly enjoyed both. The portions were large, and the food that I ordered was delicious.
There aren't many tables, so you do need to book, and it felt a bit bustling/hectic (not a relaxed restaurant atmosphere).
It is not far from the main station so, whilst not in the tourist areas, it is quite central.
Pros: Veganised Italian classics , Good calzone , Handy for station
Cons: Hectic

underwhelming - Edit
the server couldn’t remember my order without having the other server come to write it down..
Read morecarbonara tastes entirely of egg- too much black salt
arancini tastes more like risotto than cheese ball .
always happy to support fully vegan restaurants but maybe should order different menu items next time :((

Very disappointing - Edit
Was looking forward to this meal and had booked weeks in advance. The area isn’t the best, but we still had high hopes. I’m sorry, but the food was very disappointing. We had the fig bruschetta which was covered in an unpleasant creamy fake cheese. The staff seemed very unenthusiastic and would shove plates of food down without a word. Didn’t seem like a nice atmosphere for them to work in. No smiles, no pleasantries throughout. The vegan carbonara smelt and tasted of black salt (so eggy!!) which is not the main taste you want from this dish. It was also drowning in far too much sauce. My cannelloni was so overcooked with soggy pasta and unpleasant thick floury mozzarella sauce all over.
Read moreWe felt on edge and unwelcome, opting to not get a dessert and leave. The bill had extra things added which we did not order. Overall- this place is very overrated. The place has potential but has far too many fake flavourings. We hope they can improve and wish them well.
Pros: Nice frosted beer glass
Cons: Unwelcoming atmosphere, Fake flavours, very rich and unappetising

Well Laura it just goes to show that we can all have differing opinions doesn’t it? Cheers for commenting this though, unsure what you had to gain from that

Great Italian Food - all vegan! - Edit
I ordered a couple of appetisers and a small plate, and I was so full! It’s definitely worth a visit - the flavours were so good!
Read moreOne thing, though - I asked the waiter if the wine was also vegan and they said “yes, they’re all bio” I explained that bio doesn’t always mean vegan, and they said something strange and unrelated about how bio means that the wine isn’t as strong and therefore vegan (?!). Haha so two of the wines on the menu specifically said vegan, so I just chose one of them. It was the Chianti. Reeeeally good!
It’s actually amazing how many vegan restaurants serve non-vegan wine and alcohols.
But I digress! It’s very good and you should definitely go 😅

Great Food, Service could be better - Edit
Food was great. Arancini were very delicious, also the Canelloni. Didn't like the Tiramisu (tasted as if they use kurkuma). But rest was a 10 out of 10.
Read moreHowever, the waitress interrupted me twice while eating the entrée. She took the plates, one had still the dip on it. Also we waited long to order and pay. But it was worth the tasty food. A must visit for a vegan in Rome.

Had the Cordon bleu di seitan. Chips were crispy/burnt and the cordon bleu shared the same experience as biting through a rubber boot.

A wide variety of choice. Had the vegan "octopus" which was very tasty followed by the carbonara. Really enjoyed it all. Lovely house wines also.

Traditional Roman recipes turned vegan - Edit
As an Italian I’ve been waiting for years to try something vegan that reminds me of the flavours of the original non vegan recipes. This place did not disappoint, and it’s very affordable. Carbonara and cacio e pepe are a must to try!

Nice place with traditional Roman cuisine - Edit
It is worth a visit. Close to Termini station, the menu is catchy for the people who want to try vegan dishes but are scared of strange ingredients. Here you will find traditional dishes: carbonara, cacio e pepe, parmigiana, supplí and many other nice options.

Wouldn‘t go there again. - Edit
Honestly: I was looking forward to eat there, so I booked a table a couple of days in advance. Once I got seated and just opened the menu, the waitress came to ask: „You ready?“. I told her that I needed some more time, which didn‘t seem to be her favorite answer, but okay. A few minutes later I ordered the croquettes and the Carbonara. It was served quickly and the croquettes were good but honestly the Carbonara wasn‘t tasty at all. The sauce smelled a lot like Kala Namak and I couldn‘t even eat half of it. This, combined with the unfriendly service just made me want to leave as soon as possible. When I got the bill, I didn‘t want to give a tip, cause I wasn‘t satisfied with the service at all (btw could tell that everyone else around me wasn’t happy either). The waiter noticed that and said: „No tip?“ which kinda forced me into giving one. Honestly, I am so so disappointed. I know they only serve vegan food, which is great, but I wouldn‘t want to go there again.

Did you say to the waiter that the carbonara wasn't good? Because seems like there's been a mistake with your dish. We could change it without problem. Coil I know which waiter asked you for the tip?? It's not normal in our restaurant this kind of rude behavior.

Hey! Thank you for reacting. I didn‘t say anything about the Carbonara because I thought this was the „normal“ taste of it. I can‘t tell you which waiter it was. It was a guy who brought the bill, that‘s all I can say, I don‘t know his name, sorry.

My all time favorite restaurant in Rome - Edit
My all time favorite restaurant in Rome (maybe even the world). Best food I’ve ever tasted. Went there a few times and everything I tried was delicious. Absolutely amazing food and amazing service. Endless options and not to mention the luxury of walking into a place and being able to choose from anything on the menu (being vegan it’s a rare thing). Booking a table in advance is a must as it is a very popular place and walking in and getting a table is highly unlikely. An absolute must try when in Rome, would give them ten stars if I could.
