Few options, but enough if you are in a rush - Edit
It has few vegan options and you have to double check with the staff (they recommended a few vegetarian dishes when I explicitly asked for vegan options).

Cosy with few vegan options - Edit
A cosy café with a few vegan options close to the railway station. Comfortable to sit in for a drink, nicely styled, friendly staff and nice food.
Read moreSadly not so much choice and rather expensive (as most places in Rome).
Good if you wanna drop by for a coffee and croissant or a drink, as for that the café-atmosphere is nicer than that of a full-blown restaurant.
If you're looking for a place to have a proper meal at, this is probably not the best place.
