Nice atmosphere, limited vegan options

Cute cafe in Surry hills but vegan options were very limited. We all had the avo on sourdough with mushrooms added which was certainly nice and tasty. I also had their oat milk cold brew which was also good. They also had vegan overnight oats on the menu, but that was somewhat it for vegan options. Something more creative would be great!
