I would say this place is just FINE. Ordering is easy, via a QR code, and the options look good, but often come in smaller portions than the pictures on the menu.
Read moreYou can customise things pretty well but it all comes with a cost, and I think $5 for one cut up sausage on the side is pretty steep. The food here was good but I've eaten in more creative and thoughtful vegan places for the same price, so I'd say it's just fine.

lovely seating outside in a quiet street.
Had the eggles omelette which was decent. Melted cheese inside and Parmesan on top. Salad dressing stole the show though. Omelette could have been hotter and more seasoned.
Food looks great overall (sandwich and wrap at other table). Agree that the salad and other dishes vary in size.

I usually don’t trust reviews from vegan cafés or restaurants. They are usually overpriced and not that good. And I’m saying that as 5 year vegan. But today I went to Shift Eatery and omg that Lamb & Tzatziki Wrap blew my mind. So good, the sauce, the greens, the meat. Everything perfectly seasoned. I’d only have added more sauce to it as I’m a saucy girl hahaha

It was 20.90$ for the wrap and 5.17$ for the mocha. A bit pricy but I guess that’s Australia generally

Found this place on HappyCow and was very pleasantly surprised to see lots of familiar brands being sold here, including Karma Cola, Vego bars and Nomo chocolate! I bought a delicious vegan ham and cheese toastie with generous portions of vegan ham, cheese and mayo. The bread was super fluffy on the inside, and crispy on the outside 🤤 Bought a few Vego bars for the road too 😋 100% of the menu is vegan, and they also support Moo to Ewe Sanctuary and have photos of some of the residents on display ❤️ Great to find such a #proudlyvegan place for my first meal in Sydney! #veganaustralia #vegantravel #vegansydney

It was so delicious! Next time, my order will be a vegan omelet and hot chocolate.
I also bought some carrot cake to take home.
It's so tasty that I end up eating it all in one go, so I wish it was a little smaller🐷

We tried the big breakie which was a different sort of cooked breakie than we're used to but was really nice, enjoyed the vegan omelette. We also tried a couple of the toasties and my personal fave the lamb tzatziki wrap, beautiful. Would defo recommend it for a quick bite. Oh and the chocolate protein shake was 10/10 👌🏽

After a blistery cold and rainy morning edging my way through the city wrestling for space with misbehaving umbrellas, it was nice to come into a relaxing vibe of the Shift Eatery and a comforting breakfast. The best Decafe soy flat white ever, along with ham and cheese toasty and the must-have Brownie; that just melts in your mouth that takes you back to the time you first experienced chocolate oh such glee.
