Expensive but I liked it

the place is nice and the food super good. I think it is a bit overpriced though.

best vegetarian ceviche I've had

Updating the reviews for this restaurant in Santiago.
It is very good! Had the cochayuyo ( seaweed) ceviche and was the best vegetarian ceviche I've had!
Also tried the spinach gnocchi that came with a salad, all very good!

The sitting patio is also a comfortable area to hangout.

All the staff are very friendly, great service overall

Nice relaxing place. A bit pricey, but worth it. The place was crowded during lunch on a Tuesday. Looks like the place for the local society-woman to meet. Great selections of veggie food. A soup, entree, desert, and a drink cost around $30.

Pros: Atmosphere, Upscale neighborhood , Menu selection

Cons: Bit expensive, Crowded

"Would be competitive in Santa Monica California"

...is what my widely-traveled friend said about Quinoa.

The menu seemed to be fully vegetarian, although it included a lot of dairy. Service was friendly and efficient, even when it was busy, or when i dawdled for some time in the mid-afternoon. I would guess that many of the patrons were house-wives from the surrounding well-to-do neighbourhood. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and airy.
Apparently Quinoa was launched by the daughter of the owner of "El Heurte" the classic, long-thriving vegetarian restaurant in Providencia.
It's the first place i will head to eat the next time i am in Santiago.
