Der Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns an der Tür und führte uns zum Tisch, wir kamen als erste zur Mittagszeit, daher freie Platzwahl.
Die Karte ist prall gefüllt mit Leckereien 😱

Ich hab mich durch die Vorspeisen gefuttert.

Die Vorspeisen waren aber auch pur sehr, sehr lecker.
Ich durfte über den Tisch auch nochmal eine Hauptspeise probieren. Sehr lecker das rote Curry 🤤
Leider bzw sehr gut.... Die Portion war üppig, deswegen hat kein Dessert mehr den Weg zu uns finden können.... Vllt beim nächsten Mal ☺️
Das wird es definitiv geben ❤️

The most delicious food I have eaten for a while - Edit
Everything we ordered (two starters, main courses and a deep fried banana dessert) were absolutely delicious. The portions were really big, so it was a bit difficult, but we just had to get the whole three course meal experience. I feel like I could really have ordered anything and been happy with it. Totally recommend, and I'm sure if I will come back to Koblenz I will sure go to visit this place again!

Project Vegan bietet eine tolle Vielfalt an und geschmacklich ist es super. Ich hatte als Vorspeise die Dragon Rolls, als Hauptgang Udon Nudeln mit veganer Ente und als Nachgang den kleinen Schokokuchen - ich kann alles sehr empfehlen!

Although their concept and atmosphere is very nice, their service was not. We asked the female waiter 3(!) times to pay. Only after over 30 minutes her colleague came, but didn’t even comment when we explained the situation. They shouldn’t be surprised if people walk away without paying 😅

The service we had was excellent-but there did only seem to be 1 person serving so service might be slower at busier times

I love to have a vegan restaurant in Koblenz. There is a great variety of food and it's very delicious! You can find their menu online as well and book a reservation. The flair next to the river Mosel is lovely and the restaurant itself looks very modern and you can sit outside which is a big plus.
Read moreI can really recommend taking some starters to share. The best starter imo are the dragon rolls (V18), the texture is so good and the crispy green rice flakes give it a nice crisp. We also had Maki which were also very good.

The food and atmosphere here is lovely. So nice to see a fully vegan restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was quite slow - we wanted a sushi sharing platter and was told it would be at least 1 hour so we should order something else (it was a Tuesday, but still very busy). Delicious pho but shame about missing the sushi!

Delicious Fesh Food in a Terrific Location - Edit
Everything our group ordered was made with incredibly fresh ingredients and all the dishes were both tasty and visually appealing. The restaurant is located in an historic building on the banks of the Mosel. Weather permitting, there is a nice outdoor patio, otherwise, the inside of the restaurant is both spacious and cozy. The service was quick and friendly.
