Great place to go before the ferry boat back to our campsite. Relaxed atmosphere, quick service when not busy when we arrived, got busy quickly (service obviously slowed somewhat) . Food was good.

The service we had was excellent-but there did only seem to be 1 person serving so service might be slower at busier times

I love to have a vegan restaurant in Koblenz. There is a great variety of food and it's very delicious! You can find their menu online as well and book a reservation. The flair next to the river Mosel is lovely and the restaurant itself looks very modern and you can sit outside which is a big plus.
Read moreI can really recommend taking some starters to share. The best starter imo are the dragon rolls (V18), the texture is so good and the crispy green rice flakes give it a nice crisp. We also had Maki which were also very good.

The food and atmosphere here is lovely. So nice to see a fully vegan restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was quite slow - we wanted a sushi sharing platter and was told it would be at least 1 hour so we should order something else (it was a Tuesday, but still very busy). Delicious pho but shame about missing the sushi!

Delicious Fesh Food in a Terrific Location - Edit
Everything our group ordered was made with incredibly fresh ingredients and all the dishes were both tasty and visually appealing. The restaurant is located in an historic building on the banks of the Mosel. Weather permitting, there is a nice outdoor patio, otherwise, the inside of the restaurant is both spacious and cozy. The service was quick and friendly.

Read moreThe food was delicious and looked fantastic. Everything was a piece of art, i loved it a lot! The sushi (we chose the Maki Mix) was great and especially the vegan sashimi surprised me. The selfmade drinks were fruity, my choice was the tropical dusk. The dishes (pictures for H4 and H5) were so lovely decorated and delicious. I can recommend the vegan chicken.
The staff is friendly and professional, I felt very well in the restaurant.
Prices are a bit higher, for sushi it’s a pretty normal price. I think it’s worth it, but maybe not affordable for everyone.
You can pay with card. Reservation are possible via website. There you also can find the menu.
The house is a monument and pretty beautiful. I am glad a great restaurant like this moved in the empty house.
The atmosphere is wonderful. Inside it is really beautiful and there is also a lot of space to sit outside in front of the house. The restaurant is close to the Mosel, Deutsche Eck and part of the historical downtown.
For the folk caring about the coconut milk: Sadly the coconut milk is NOT vegan (source is the PETA list). We talked about the topic with the staff. Should there be any changes, I will update my review asap.
Updated Oct 2024 with two new listenings on the menu (pumpkin season main dish)
The spicy mint rolls are awesome and delicious. I love the combination a lot and can recommend it.
May 2025 Update to the coconut milk:
After nearly a half year they did not change the coconut milk. It’s still not vegan.

In the land of so much meat it is refreshing to find a vegan restaurant that is more than veggie burgers. We sat outside along the Moselle River and watched the sun set. I was provided with a blanket. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Stylischer Laden in guter Lage, im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen mit Blick aufs Wasser. Super netter Service. Wir hatten vegane Ente, die war wirklich lecker, so knusprig. Die Preise sind relativ hoch, aber die Portion hat satt gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

So fühlt man sich auch im Project Vegan. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, nett, der Ablauf ist reibungslos und das Essen was super lecker. Wir haben uns für die ungesüßten hausgemachten Limonaden - Lemon and Grass & Forever Ginger - entschieden, auch super lecker!
Zur Vorspeise haben wir - mini frühlingsrollen & golden belly - bestellt und als Hauptspeise die - far east bowl & project of the vegan bulgogi - gegessen! Eine Nachspeise hat leider nicht mehr rein gepasst, die steht aber fürs nächste Mal auf der Bestellliste, ganz sicher! 😉
