I had the vegan Udon soup. Everything was delicious. For my taste, i dont need "vegan duck, vegan chicken" and I'm more happy with ordinary tofu. But thats just me. Its a bit pricy for the quality but still worth it to go there.

Read moreDie vegane Ente schmeckt einfach nur noch ekelhaft (komischer Nachgeschmack) und das Essen liegt sehr schwer im Magen. Es wurde einiges zum schlechten verändert. Sehr schade, wir kommen nicht mehr.

Ich hatte den Mangosalat mit den Garnelen, die Portion war großzügig für einen Salat bei dem Preis (keine Beilage, kein Hauptgang, genau dazwischen, für mich ein Hauptgang, andere hätten noch ne Nachtisch geschafft), zumal die fancy Zutaten wirklich auch großzügig dabei waren. Sehr lecker.

Als ich mich hinsaß war schon ziemlich viel los. Trotzdem konnte ich direkt bestellen und das Essen kam in Kürze. Ich hatte mir the beast bestellt und dort war mir leider die sehr flüssige teriyaki Sauce zu salzig und zuviel. Sonst ein ziemlich ausgewogenes Gericht. Der Mango Sticky Reis war für mich wieder zu salzig bzw. die garnieren Erdnüsse darüber.

Ich bin total froh, dass es ein rein veganes Restaurant in Koblenz gibt! Das Sushi schmeckt auch wirklich lecker. Die anderen Gerichte sind allerdings eher langweilig und nur durchschnittlich - bei den Preisen hätte ich da deutlich mehr erwartet.

Das Projekt Vegan ist scheinbar die einzige rein vegane Lokalität in Koblenz. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes in Koblenz zwei Mal zu Gast. Es gibt überwiegend vietnamesische Gerichte.
Read moreProbiert hatte ich beim ersten Mal das Kräuterseitlingschnitzel. Das war wirklich sehr gut gewesen. Beim zweiten Besuch hatte ich ein Sushi Menu und auch das überzeugte mich. Service und Ambiente haben ebenfalls gepasst. Bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen, mit Blick auf die Mosel. Das einzige, was ich zu kritisieren hätte, wären die recht hohen Preise bei recht kleinen Portionen.

Essen sah auf den Bildern gut aus, aber da wir es nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit immer noch nicht hatten, sind wir gegangen. Leider auch sehr schlechter Service, extrem langsam, hat sich um nichts gekümmert und wir mussten mehrmals zum Tresen gehen. Wir kommen nicht wieder! Eigentlich verdienen die keinen Stern!

Nice indoor and outdoor settings. Indoor with a green wall, full of plants, and outdoor with a view of the Moselle River. Friendly and efficient service, as well as a relaxed feel, despite how popular and busy the place is for dinner. The "Udon Know Me" (vegan duck) was very satisfying, nicely presented, and very flavorful -- as well as having a really nice set of textures.

The food was absolutely delicious! The seitan really impressed me — it was incredibly juicy and full of flavor, which is not always easy to achieve. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The restaurant itself is also very beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

Leider bzw sehr gut.... Die Portion war üppig, deswegen hat kein Dessert mehr den Weg zu uns finden können.... Vllt beim nächsten Mal ☺️

The most delicious food I have eaten for a while - Edit
Everything we ordered (two starters, main courses and a deep fried banana dessert) were absolutely delicious. The portions were really big, so it was a bit difficult, but we just had to get the whole three course meal experience. I feel like I could really have ordered anything and been happy with it. Totally recommend, and I'm sure if I will come back to Koblenz I will sure go to visit this place again!

Project Vegan bietet eine tolle Vielfalt an und geschmacklich ist es super. Ich hatte als Vorspeise die Dragon Rolls, als Hauptgang Udon Nudeln mit veganer Ente und als Nachgang den kleinen Schokokuchen - ich kann alles sehr empfehlen!

Although their concept and atmosphere is very nice, their service was not. We asked the female waiter 3(!) times to pay. Only after over 30 minutes her colleague came, but didn’t even comment when we explained the situation. They shouldn’t be surprised if people walk away without paying 😅
