Authentic and delicious

I had the vegan rice bowl topped with fried tofu and aubergine, and it was amazing! Simple ingredients but super flavorful and healthy.
I found them through a pop-up they were doing at the HYDE park music festival in London, but their main stand is in Borough market.

Pros: Delicious, Authentic japanese

Cons: No vegan desserts
