A Destination for Vegans - Edit
I hope all Cows traveling through central America choose this and the neighboring Rock & Rolls Vegan Sushi as a destination and help them flourish. Great food. Generous servings. Clean. Friendly staff who speak reasonably good English. The food looks and is delicious.

Great Food and Store - Edit
Our family had lunch here during our visit to Panama City. We started with the Trio Dip (Guacamole, Buffalo Dip and Tahini) with chips. Family favorite were the Guacamole and Buffalo dips. The empanada was very good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we stopped back later and my wife enjoyed the chocolate mousse. Along with being a restaurant, it also is a deli with a number of plant based food items that can be purchased. It is a very nice store with plenty of seating and several parking spots in front of the store. We learned from another vegan restaurant that the owners of Planticeria were hard hit by Covid and this is their 2nd go around. This story, like others that we have heard in the past is that we need to support vegan restaurants! We will definitely stop back here again in the future.

We were absolutely thrilled to find this gem in Panama City - stocked with all kinds of plant-based option in the shop and connected with rock and roll sushi next door where we also ate and also loved.

I ordered the Monte Cristo along with a Pink Matcha (unfortunately, it didn't turn out as pink as I had hoped but the lady apologized for that!). The sandwich contains cacao bread, plantichicken, plantironi, plantibrii, jam, and sugarcane honey. It was really delicious! The sandwich is divided into 4 pieces, and honestly, I couldn't eat it all. I spent $15 for the brunch, which seems a bit expensive, but considering the portion size, I have no complaints.

Friday lunch special, Pure de Papas con plantiribz y chimichurri - well seasoned mashed potatoes topped with ribs, chimichurri sauce.
This plant based butcher shop delivers; cheeses, vegan meats, sauces, entrees, desserts...all made in house, available in the deli cases for takeout.
The vegan meats and cheeses are also available at some local grocery stores.
Very affordable prices, generous portions.
Vegan sushi bar, Rock and Rolls, next door.
Very clean, comfortable dining area.
Clean unisex bathroom.
Visiting family in Panama City; will make this a regular stop when in the country.

Wooow!!!! Best vegan food I’ve ever had - Edit
I ordered the cheese burger and wow I have never had a vegan burger like this before. I also tried the soup, fries and empanadas and I must say 100/10. It also shows calories for people that watch their intake and it is price very reasonably with big portions. I will visit again before leaving but I’m considering moving for this deli!!!

It was really good to be vegan and find a completely plant based restaurant in Panama City. We had the cheese Empanada, Panama bowl, 4 leches cake, Reuben sandwich and mock Chicken Sandwich. Food was good but probably not for me as I am not a fan of fake meat. Although, if I were in Panama, I would go here again.

We really enjoyed brunch here. The restaurant is modern and clean, with a small fridge, freezer, and shelf of groceries. So it’s possible to shop as well as eat which was nice.

We are visiting from LA, and have been here twice in 3 days. The Mac n Cheeze has a really interesting tang to it, which in loved. The Cesar salad is HUGE! We also got the carrot cake. They also have a mini market there. 🎉

This restaurant is so nice, staff is super friendly and nice, they even explained the menu to us in English, as we do not speak Spanish very well.
Read moreWe've had the Jackfish Taco, they are absolutely worth trying. They have a great taste and consistency, the mayo dip is also really nice. We've also had the Plantigyro wrap with a side salad instead of fries and the No-Chicken Burger with a side salad. The salad dressing is great and the Vegan meat is also tasty. Especially the burger was way better than in other restaurants as the bun much more delicious than most.
The green smoothie and the cappuccino with Oat milk is also tasty. We also tried two pieces of cake: the strawberry cheesecake and a chocolate cake. Both are incredibly delicious 😍
