Easily one of the top Vegan sushi places anywhere - Edit
2025 update: they moved from a larger full service restaurant to a much smaller place beside and connected to Planticeria. It's hard to find this from the street as there isn't a sign that you can see unless you are heading north. Just go to the address for Planticeria and you can see both menus there.

Funky place in a part of the city that is ripe for interesting shops and such. This place is a bit hard to find but totally worth the effort. I ate here three times during my week stay it was so good. There are many choices so I'm not going to bore you with my personal favorite because I didn't get to try even half of the menu items. You'll just have to go yourself.
I only wish they could some up with a sampler platter with a slice from several different rolls but I understand why that's impractical. It only makes sense if they have so many requests for a sampler platter that they can use every roll completely.

Great Vegan Sushi! - Edit
We stopped here to pick up sushi while taking our daughter to the airport. We got there about 20 minutes before the posted closing time and discovered that the door was already locked. The owner opened the door and told us that he could do a takeout order which was great with us. He had one couple sitting at a table and was working on their order. We placed our order and then watched him put it together. He did a great time in preparing each sushi roll. My daughter said it was the best vegan sushi that she has ever had and I have to agree that all 3 rolls were terrific. Very fresh and tasty. We wanted to try the dumplings but due to the late hour, wasn't able to provide them. He has very limited dining space (maybe 10 people could eat in at a time) and shares a door with Planticeria (which was great as my wife went and picked up a couple of items from them while waiting on our order). Will definitely stop here again next time we are in Panama City!

Great vegan sushi! - Edit
We dined in and had great vegan sushi. We got the krab roll, crispy roll and psychedelic roll which was our favourite it had mushrooms in it. They don’t serve beer but it’s connected to another vegan restaurant that served us beer and we got a vegan cesar salad from them. Highly recommend this sushi spot!

Light, healthy, and delicious - Edit
I'm a huge fan of vegan sushi, and theirs is very good. I was an even bigger fan of the kimchi and broccoli bowl. I don't remember Panama City having a lot of healthy food options, so that really hit the spot. Also being a big fan of sake, this place had all my favorites, and was a definite highlight for me.

El lugar me encanta, tiene una vibra muy cool y siempre tienen buena musica. He probado muchos rolls de sushi en este lugar pero mi favorito es el Rocker Flower ya que tiene una imitación vegana de camarón que es un deleite en el paladar, recomiendo probar también de entrada el Sr. Broco, nunca un brocoli pudo saber tan rico como este.

A good sign for me of a great restaurant is if you have difficulty choosing what you want to eat. The rolls are not only creative and beautifully plated, they tasted delicious too! Service was also super friendly. Definitely going back to try more of the menu!

Tried 2 rolls, a tofu bowl with zucchini noodles, and gyoza. Everything was tasty. The psychedelic mushroom roll was very flavorful and our favorite. The kombucha was a little to sweet for my taste.

In a country where it seems hard to find vegan options, this restaurant is not only a fantastic option, but in my opinion it can easily compete with the top vegan restaurants in the world! Food is delicious, filling and so innovative. And the staff is 12/10! I may just eat here we very single day for the rest of the week so I can try the whole menu. And it would be a week well spent.

The sushi is both delicious and beautifully presented, easily the best I’ve ever seen! The restaurant is nicely laid out and the girl who served us was polite and friendly. All I’ll say is it is expensive, you’re looking at $10 a plate, but as a one off, I’d say it’s worth it!

Not hard to find at all, contrary to what previous reviews have said. It’s part of a shared space with a tattoo parlor and a coffee shop and a few other businesses, but there is a sign that says “Rock and roll vegan sushi” right out front. Everything in this shared space is trendy and cool. The sushi itself was delicious and the beer selection was quite good. Recommended if you find yourself in Panama City

Probably my favorite restaurant in Panama City, it's that good. We ordered some gyozas for starters, some rolls and the hot rock. The good was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely return when I'm back in Panama.
