Only open daily 8-2, but that is plenty of time to go for breakfast and lunch!

The food was great and the service was fast!!! I’m definitely going back so I can try a few more things on the menu. $11 for four small tacos and there were several protein options and Everything Was Vegan on the menu!!!

Love the concept. I tried almost everything on the lunch menu and had both their watermelon and cinnamon rice milk. Everything was tasty, including the drinks! One recommendation for those who like less spice is to request "salt to taste", or less sodium. Everything is fleshly made so it is possible. The authentic flavor is spot in. I will visit again if I'm in ever in the area.

Plantaqueria has the best vegan breakfast tacos you can find in San Antonio, and I’m so happy they were able to open a brick-and-mortar location after doing pop-ups and partnerships for so long previously. Before they opened it was hard to consistently go to their pop-ups but now I really appreciate how good their food (breakfast and not) is. And I really appreciate that they wanted to be part of the downtown culture. I’m so so happy for them and so so happy they exist haha.

I tried their breakfast tacos and their mini tacos. My favorite breakfast taco was La Tejana I could eat these everyday and I would never get tired of them. The mini tacos were very good but they were just a tad bit salty for my taste. I also really liked their red sauce it was more flavorful than spicy but very delicious.

This great taqueria recently transitioned from pop up to brick and mortar. So glad my friend recommended them for our recent visit to San Antonio. We enjoyed 3 different breakfast tacos - La Lucha, La Frida, and La Tejana. All were excellent with warm fresh made flour tortillas and a tasty tomatillo sauce. They also have lunch options of mini tacos and tortas. I expect menu may expand after this soft opening phase.
