A Mixed Experience - Edit
A modern restaurant with a very pleasant and spacious interior. I had the hot and spicy pho noodle soup with tofu and mushrooms and we also ordered a classic curry with This Isn’t Chicken. The curry was excellent whilst the soup was good but not memorable.

I absolutely loved my visit to pho and I have been back several times. So many options, including multiple types of pho, spring and summer rolls and Vietnamese pancake. Will be back to try everything!

I've tried a few Pho branches, so it was nice to see one now in Newcastle. We each ordered the classic curry tofu and shared some crispy veggie spring rolls.
Read moreThe spring rolls were tasty and well seasoned, with a lovely peanut sauce, but we both felt they could have been a little crispier.
The tofu curry was excellent though, and extremely flavourful, with lots of tofu and vegetables.
Staff were friendly and the service was quick, and in total the bill was just over £30, with 20% discount applied for my blue light card 😎.

Didn't find the food very flavourful and lacked authenticity compared to food eaten in Vietnam.

Hard to choose as there are so many options with veg, tofu and This isn’t Chicken. If you’re in a rush, soups are quicker than dishes made in a wok. Dog friendly
