Nice, but bloomin' expensive - Edit
Nice spot near the Monument, with lovely ambience and friendly staff. Decent vegan options available too.
Read moreWe each had a chai latte with plant milk (oat/coconut) and shared a slice of vegan salted caramel cake, which were all delicious. We were not impressed with the scandalous 80p plant milk charge though, with our total bill surpassing the £17 mark!
Service was quick, but the bill comes straight away, which I can't say I'm a fan of either.

Disappointing food, service rushed - Edit
I would think it’s difficult to mess up a scone, but this place managed it. Scone was really dry and microwaved. Jam came in a plastic package. Table was not clean and room smelled like toilets. They brought the bill at the same time as the food, instead of when we left, as if they wanted us to leave asap. Which we did, as there was nothing to keep us here.

Good coffee but extra charge for plant milk. Do a triple decker vegan cheese toasties and a vegan mezze which is reasonably priced. Usually has a couple of vegan cake options

Coffee was nice and strong but they charge 80p for plant milk, making the price of the coffee more than £5. Probably somewhere better and cheaper in the centre

The Flower Cafe is lovely inside & doesn't have the same old look so places have.
