Very limited vegan options but a cute space - Edit
Perment seems to only have a couple of vegan options — banana bread, sesame baguette and plain baguette (sold out), and sourdough bread (sold out).
Read moreI ordered the vegan banana bread which was good (moist with some nuts) but not particularly memorable. My partner who is vegetarian ordered a plain croissant and bought a packaged juice (blueberry apple flavor), both of which were fine.
The space is 3 floors, one cuter than the next as you go up. Nice and airy space.

The bakery has a few floors and is very cozy with a nice view.

There is no oat or soy milk so the only vegan options are teas and lemonade. The lemonade was very nice.
