Top!

Unfortunately I discovered this place at the end of my trip to Seul, but definitively would go there more than once if I could. Their baked goods were awesome. I tried the black sesame bun and it was soo good. Also, they had a viral dubai mochi cookie in vegan version, so it was really a pleasure to find a viral treat in a vegan version. Definitively recommendable!

Soooo tasty

I had a very very good avocado sourdough bread roll and would highly recommend coming here. It was really yummy and the café was cute and is right in the middle between two nice palaces in Anguk-dong.

Buy the brunch set

They serve delicious sandwiches and cake, but the best thing was the brunch set with salad, tomato soup and a choice of sandwich.

Pros: Brunch set, Comfy space

War mega lecker!

Absolute Empfehlung nach einem Besuch beim "Gyeongbokgung" Palast! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Limondaden sind zu empfehlen.

Pros: Essen war lecker, Limondaden sind super

Very busy! Leave enough time

Located in the basement. This place only uses oat milk. We arrived for lunch but there was an hour waiting time for hot food so we opted for salad and some of the various breads. Lots of seating. Amazing cake!

Great quite cafe with lot of choice

Lovely cool cafe which has many breads and cakes including a Victoria sponge cake.
The ciabattas are so lovely.
Range of coffees and tea and juices.

Best cake ever!!

Must visit place in Seoul, very close to Gyeongbogung palace.

The Pistachio cake was mind blowing, likely the best slice of cake I’ve ever had. The ciabatta for the sandwiches was equally good!

Pros: Cake, Sandwich

Cons: Limited menu

Good coffee. They like sweet stuff

Coffee is really good here. Both decaff and caffeinated ones. Atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. Staff is nice and helpful.

The food was decent. We had the mushroom sandwich which had a sweet sauce which we were not particularly a fan of. We also shared the pistachio cake between the two of us. The cake was tasty, but extremely sweet.

Loved the ciabatta

Silly me got there a little late in the day so they’d run out of the sandwiches but I still give them 5 stars because the ciabatta and coffee were both great. Very quiet and peaceful spot to enjoy good food and drinks

Good but small menu

I was looking for a meal for lunch. I had the tomato soup and avocado sandwich. They were very tasty but not substantial enough to be filling. There were only a few options. But lots of pastries if you’re looking just for a coffee break.

Cosy cafe!

Sweet, cosy cafe with lovely fresh bakery items. Perfect for lunch or a snack. Had focaccia, ciabatta with various butter and spread options including basil cream and garlic and onion butter. All vegan and delicious!

Perfect for brunch

I had the brunch set which included a sandwich, a salad and a soup. I really enjoyed it. 4 stars because the service was a bit chaotic and they forgot several things.

Nice option for bread/sandwiches

Went for the sandwich and soup deal. Felt like there was a lot of sugar/sweetness in most of the items we tried! Also had some of the other buns/ciabatta and found the cake way too sweet. Overall good though!

Good but nothing crazy

I got the mushroom sandwich and the pistachio cake. Both were quiet nice but neither were outstanding.

A underground delight!

Hidden away gem!

Our last day in Seoul and so glad we made the time to come here before our flight!
With many good breads to choose from!

Hidden below the street level it has a lovely atmosphere

We ordered the brunch set with the mushroom sandwich along with the Victorian cake!
The cake was our highlight soft sponge with delicious non coconut tasting cream (not sure what it is made from but it did not have that standard coconut taste) then the raspberry jam to top it off ! Delicious

Good option for breakfast

I was there 3 times and ordered a breakfast set. A sandwich of your choice, salad and a tomato soup very tasty and you are not hungry after that. The place opens 11:30 AM, however because is next to popular tourist attraction some options get sold out quickly. Once I was around 2 PM and almost nothing was left.

Cozy cute cafe close to Buckhon Hanok Village

Located below ground floor close to the Anguk Metro station is this gem of a cafe, offering sweet and savory baked goods and great coffee and other warm (or iced) drinks, this is a must visit when travelling to the beautiful city of Seoul.

감사합니다~~

Sandwich brunch - delicious

We're currently in Ashville bakery cafe and it's lovely. The decor is reminiscent of hanok interiors but modern, it's clean, smells nice, the staff are friendly and the food is good. The toilets are also clean and neat, and smell nice.
We had the earl grey tea and an americano, along with the hash brown sandwich and mushroom sandwiches. They were both divine. The earl grey tea was lovely.

Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Smell
