Best Vegan Meal in Seoul - Edit
This is a bit of a premature review. But so far this is the best meal I’ve had in Seoul. The mushroom Ciabatta is practically exploding in a unique, umami flavour that’s just perfect.
Read moreThe vanillabean latte as well is fantastic. A unique flavour I haven’t found so far in Korea.
The thing that makes this great though. Is that everything is Vegan. It’s hard to eat Vegan in Korea, and places like this make it so easy. Come here, and support them!

Best bread I’ve ever had! A vegan oasis in Seoul - Edit
My partner (non-veg) and I visited Ashville bakery in Seoul for lunch and we couldn’t be more impressed. We had two sandwiches, the hash brown and the avocado one, and also the tasting plate. The bread was incredible, even better than some of the bread we had on our European travels, and the spreads were flavourful and diverse. Also super nice that all coffee is made on Oat milk and you don’t have to ask! We were so impressed with our meal that we had to try the pistachio cake which was also delicious. They gave us a little gift of chocolate ciabatta as we were leaving which was so nice. The service was great and the staff were all so lovely, which is not always the case when travelling as a foreigner in Seoul. We left feeling full, refreshed and incredibly satisfied. 100000000% recommended for any vegans in Seoul!

I fell for the hype - Edit
It wasn't bad per se. The ambiance was nice. The issue was my ciabatta sandwich was served with an overly saucy filling which soaked the plate and made the bottom of my sandwich very soggy. I had to eat it in one go as the plate had a pool of liquid at the bottom. I also ordered a vanillabean latte and it just tasted like a subpar latte. I'm not sure why this place was so hyped. I will say that someone nearby had a slice of cake and it was massive. So, maybe that's worth it as far as bang for your buck goes. This is a place where you could work on your computer all day, though. Save yourself a trip if you're second guessing vegan places to visit.

Great little place - Edit
I had the set menu of salad, soup & a ciabatta and my partner has the hash brown sandwich. Was all really tasty & the drinks were delicious. Easy to find (downstairs in basement) and nice staff with good English. Quite expensive

Delicious bread!! - Edit
We arrived ready to order at 11am - but we still had the garlic ciabatta and tomato foccacia whilst we wait. The garlic ciabatta is top notch! The foccacia was a little overcooked tor my personal preference. We had the mushroom sandwich and the hash brown sandwich, both of which had great flavour and well prepared. We didn't have room for any desserts but I am sure they were great.

Updated review**
Read moreI came back to this place with my parents and the sandwiches didn't blow me away styl. However, there sweet selection is really good and pizza bread was nice.
The cakes were incredible and there savoury lacks but ranking as a bakery I think it goes a great job just shame they don't do lots of savoury and big breads as well.
Old review
Solid 7/10
I mean it's a bakery which serves tasty food that's all vegan what is not to like cool interior, quick service, I did feel slightly awkward inside but that mightve just been a me thing and like the menu wasn't 100% clear. I had some Bread and 2 sandwiches the hash down one was really nice.

Nice coffee shop and bakery - Edit
This bakery is quite big and comfortable to spend the afternoon, with great coffee and sweets. The sandwich wasn’t so good, their sweets, coffee, teas and baked goods are definitely their strong points.

Good choice - Edit
They have a variety of salty and sweet food.
Read moreI took a tomato soup and a pizza (one slice), it was very good and well seasoned. I just disliked the sugar added on the bread that came with the soup.
I payed 15 100 won (10,10€) for 2 slices of pizza (one to go) a soup, which is more than ok 👌

Amazing!! - Edit
Amazing raspberry cake, huge portion that wasn’t too sweet or overly filled with cream. Honestly one of the best cakes I’ve eaten. Lovely friendly staff and cute interior! Just wish they had a few more savoury options

Really nice cafe - Edit
The staff were so friendly and warm and the food and drink were exceptional. The pistachio cake was a huge serving but we ate it all because it was so nice. The matcha latte was also very refreshing.
Read moreCan be a bit tricky to find. You need to go down a side street/alley way and look for a staircase leading underground, but I would certainly recommend.

Best bakery! - Edit
The staff is really sweet and helpful, even suggested food! I ended up getting the mushroom filled ciabatta and the chocolate and banana bread with some iced tea. Both were extremely delicious. The store is cozy and clean, it’s located down some stairs but there is a sign so it’s easy enough to find! Highly recommend coming here.

Lovely potato ciabatta - Edit
Very cute backery Café.
Read moreTheir cakes are massive. We shared the chocolate cake between us two and it was still way too much! But it tasted good.
The ciabatta are very nice. Especially the potato one. We bought it upon recommendation of one of the bakers. We had the spring onion garlic spread with it and it was soo good! Unfortunately I don't have a picture of it.

Wonderful bread - Edit
We tried a few different breads from here and enjoyed them all. There's an assortment of ciabatta with different flavours. We got some to takeaway and they kept well for breakfasts the following days. We tried fig, chocolate and cashew, cranberry and pumpkin seeds, olive, and mushroom and potato. The fig and cranberry ones were probably the best because the fruit added a nice juicy hit, which was very welcome and prevented the buns from being too dry. All of the flavours were generously provided - you would never struggle to remember which one you'd ordered because they were all bursting with the relevant ingredient. A few of the buns were a little overdone in patches on the top, which gave a slightly bitter taste, but mostly the buns were excellent.
Read moreAs well as this little bakery section, this spot also has a menu and sit down dining options, and staff were friendly, so it looked like a good lunch spot too.
A note on accessibility - the cafe is down a flight of stairs from street level.

Great vegan bakery - Edit
I love their buns with various fillings, including thing like figs, chestnuts, walnuts, red bean paste etc. The perfect desert when you don't want something that's too sweet.

Just OK - Edit
I got the pastry with Green tea (matcha) and pumpkin flavour, but it was quite dry. The orange juice was OK. The bakery is located underground, which is quite dark inside. I am not a fan of the decoration neither, cold.
