Nice place, very friendly staff. We had the legendary carrot lox sandwich topped with truffle caviar, with dill mustard and a hearty cold platter of vegan faux gras with truffle and vegan pan grease. Additionally we also ordered the small cheese plate. What can I say, it was perfect. This place is a must if you are in Vienna.

I tried the carrot lox and it was amazing. It was so good I had to order one more serving. I also tried the vegan cheese plate (the three varieties), which was also very tasty but the carrot lox really blew me away. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I had a €9.5 lunch deal with squash/pea/lox soup & lox sandwich on dark bread with truffle caviar (caviart) and cream cheese. It was amazing, beautiful and tasty. The place is friendly, and they also sell most ingredients.

I got the soup and sandwich combo, which was very tasty and beautifully presented with lots of nice touches, made fresh behind the counter in this tiny spot. The women who run this place are super nice! This place feels genuine in what is honestly (for me! I don't speak for everyone!) a stressful district full of designer shops and tourists.

I have to admit, that I haven't known this little place near Stephansdom in the first district of Vienna. It is a tiny place, where you need to be one of the fortunate ones to get a spot for lunch. The service was nice and the lunch menu was delicious - a daily soup and one of the special breads - carrot lox oder faux gras - both adorable, difficult choice😄

Fantastic food!! Absolutely delicious. I had a maroni-truffle soup which was extraordinaryly good. Like a consommé, super intense and perfectly balanced taste. Followed by a „Salmon“ sandwich (Salmon was made of carrots) , with a pâté, herbs and more, which completely amazed me. If you have the possibility to stop by, don’t miss this place. It’s more like a small luxury bite then a huge warm meal - but don’t deny this to your taste buds!

My vegan home in Viena - Edit
I absolutely adore this place. I spent three days in Viena and ate here every single one of them. The owner is an excellent cook and such a sweet heart, she made me feel like home. They have lots of variety of vegan cheese and also have vegan smoked salmon and caviar (pretty impressive). I loved that the place is small and cozy, and most importantly, is a women owned and operated business (Wich is absolutely fabulous), besides the food is crazy delicious.

By Pepper and Ginny you can have a light lunch with a delicious soup and a snack for 8,90. You can also by "cheese", there are at least 10 different types, coming from the UK and Bulgaria. You also discover a large choice of Viennese products. I highly recommend!
