Wow the small plates were great, I tried all 3 options. The carrot lox is incredible, the Camembert delicious, and the prosciutto really tasty (as long as you like mustard/pickles). Not extremely expensive like other places in Vienna, and very friendly staff.

This place sits down a gorgeous little street & we stumbled upon it accidentally despite being on our list of eats to go in Vienna. We had the camembert & lox canapés for starters and I was shocked how much it tasted like the original (almost brought home some of the cheese they have!) and we finished with the cheese toasty - cheesy crunchy goodness 😍🥰

We were shocked by the fact that the place does not have a toillet, nor they offer any alternative.
Service was very slow, and we did not feel welcomed.

Charming and tiny, and is a perfect place for lunch. The grilled cheese with prosciutto is the best ever sandwich! Loved the trio platter as well, I think it's the Brie that makes one of them particularly delectable. Everything was so cute, and the owner was so sweet. I wish this was closer to me!

An absolute joy! We stumbled in our the first day of our vienna trip and were greeted warmly and had the best ever vegan cheese toasties. We came back on our last day for the canapes. Incredible. Its a small shop we one person working, so dont expect super past service. Definitely worth the wait.

Pepper & Ginny was hands down the most delicious vegan food we ate in Vienna. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu - a cheese toastie, several cheese loaded breads (the Camembert and cream cheese is out of this world incredible) and we could not fault a thing. We loved it so much we even grabbed ourselves some cheeses for the road to enjoy with a wine back in our hotel room later that day.

We had a challenging time finding this place but once we did, we loved the food! We had their famous carrot lox and vegan cheese toasty. Everything melted in our mouths. We highly recommend this place!

Read moreI ordered the lax snack and a hot dog. They had nice drinks but without toilets I didn’t order any. The prices were not cheap but worth the visit.
The lax was very good!! Just a few bites and I finished but wow and that cashew creamcheese and the caviar made it very special. Too bad it was such a small portion.
The hot dog was super yummy too. The bun, the sauce everything was perfect.
It’s not a place to fill up your belly with food. It’s more for a little snack and then it’s perfect.
The owner was friendly.

The triple grilled cheese and also the carrot lox were incredible. The whole place was ran by one woman the day I went. She was super nice and accommodated a last-minute reservation (which you will need to eat here, be prepared!) Even though the shop was a smaller space, there were so many tasty vegan products to buy and numerous cheeses in the refrigerated showcase.

We had the triple grilled cheese, carrot lox, and a spiced cafe late. Everything blew me away. I couldn't recommend this place more. The grilled cheese came with mayo and ketchup which were surprisingly great additions when dipping the sandwhich. The lox was our adventurous choice but we couldnt be happier with the outcome. It was savory with the perfect amount of smokiness and the fresh dill on top wrapped the dish up exquisitely. The cafe late came with sugar but I didn't feel that it was necessary to use. The owner was very kind, courteous, and friendly.
