It says that they close at 3:30 PM. I got there well before that and was informed that they were closing the Buffet already. I walked 30 minutes in the rain to get there. This is aggravating as hell!

A must when in Rome - Edit
This place beyond met my expectations!! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and super flavoursome. The staff were all really lovely and could speak good English… I loved it so much I’m going try and go back again.

The buffet offered a huge variety of vegan dishes that were all simply delicious. Happy to have found this place in Rome (and Italy), where it is hard to find places with a vegan mindset.

The staff was very kind to us explaining how the restaurant works.
For those wanting to taste many mediterranean food at once for a fair price, it is a must go (it is a must go for anyone, really)!
Too bad we only had the opportunity to have lunch only once there.
Note: the place can be packed during lunch hours!

The buffet was so great, we had for examples lasagne, vegan cheese, different types of rice and noodles, Gulasch and a big salad bar.

The food and atmosphere were good. However, you have no idea how much you’re going to pay in the end, and the price of $32/kg is absolutely ridiculous. I would not return only because of the exorbitant cost for the type of food that is being served. A much better pricing model would be to introduce a flat fee, and some sort of penalty for unconsumed food to minimize food waste.

We had a man excellent dinner tonight at Ops. Two very filling plates plus desserts and coffee (not to mention lovely staff and fun 80’s ballads playing for ambiance) for just 37 euros. While some reviewers state differently, we definitely found this place both delicious and affordable.

Very good vegan buffet restaurant in a not very touristic area of rome, offers a large variety of vegan versions of Italian classics and more, warm an cold, cooked and fresh. Just take a plate and pile up. Everything we‘ve tried was great, and we‘ve tried many :-)

Attention: the plates are quite big and you might be tempted to try as many dishes as possible, because everything looks delicious, then you might end up wir a bill of 30 euro for 1 person, and that‘s before drinks and dessert.

Honestly, I hate giving low ratings to fully vegan places. Especially when the food is good, as it was the case for this place. However, I think it's ridiculous that we paid 50 euros (2 people), drinking tap water and leaving the place still hungry (of course no dessert). Not a sustainable pricing scheme. It goes by weight, but it's impossible to understand how much you're going to spend, and 32€/kg is way too much.

I love buffets and I love vegan food, so they already won me with the vegan buffet thing. But omg the food is insanely good. Amazing variety and quality! Seitan to die for, and lovely Italian cuisine fusion. It's not the cheapest place, but for a delicious all vegan place in the center of Rome, it's fantastic.

Went twice, and saw some different food at the buffet each time. Good variety of food at the buffet - lasagna, penne pasta, ravioli, salads, rice, etc. As others have mentioned, it can be pricey depending on what you get as it’s by weight.

My husband and I were really excited about eating at this place based on the great reviews online. However, the food tasted alright, and there was nothing spectacular about it. There were not many options during lunch. I wonder if dinner would’ve been better.

A bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it. It’s pay by weight, so you fill your plate or tray up with whatever you want. They have a very good selection of veggies and grains, and I was excited to try some stuff I’ve never seen before. It was all very tasty.
