Disappointing - Edit
I was really looking forward to trying this spot out, considering the good reviews. Maybe I picked the wrong items, but i was really disappointed. Took the daily sandwich, but could hardly taste the “cheese/meat” through the dry bread. The croquette was also bland and still ice cold in the middle, even after it was reheated by the person behind the counter.

The food was excellent, couldn’t be better, and my son who is not a vegan said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had. The two of us had lunch, dessert and I had acappuccino and it cost about 22€

During our visit in Rome we went there and I was stunned. So much vegan cheese. It was very delicious. They also had vegan bacon and it was wow I wish this store would exist in my area it would be my favorite place to go to buy cheese! They staff was also very friendly and help us to choose something.

We had an amazing lunch here trying their stuffed pizza breads. I wish we could have gone every day - this is the best vegan cheese I've ever had, it was absolutely unbelievable. Lovely store environment to stop for lunch and so many different delicious options. One of a kind place that I wish we had more of.

The stuffed white pizza and quiche was yummy. The quiche was flakey. The stuffed pizza was made fresh with a creamy vegan mozzarella and some kind of pesto it was very good. The bread was focaccia. I sampled the vegan cheese they were good and creamy!

They sell every kind of vegan cheese and you can also eat here few items such as sandwiches, stuffed pizza and vegan cheese and ham tagliere. I tried the "affumicato" pizza which was simply amazing. I already knew the brand and their cheese is high quality. Staff is very friendly. Few seats are available inside.

We were travelling through Rome and popped in to pick up some cheese and ended up taking plenty more. Strong recommend for the black garlic cheese, walnut and radish ravioli and the tiramisu - all completely delicious! 😋

Fantastic stuffed pizza - Edit
The stuffed pizza’s are delicious, with superb tasting vegan cheese. This place is amazing, it’s a small shop, with enough seating for around 8-10 people, but it’s worth visiting! They even have a small selection of vegan pasties and cakes.

Ho preso una focaccia ripiena con rucola, mortadella vegetale, formaggio vegetale e crema di pistacchio ed era veramente squisita, freschissima e farcita in modo generoso. Ho provato anche il tiramisù, che ha passato il test a pieni voti: biscotto buono con buona consistenza e strati non troppo "pannosi". Prezzi onesti. Super consigliato!

Amazing plant-based cheese! - Edit
We went there for breakfast. We ended up getting just a croissant and a beverage each, because the sandwiches they had were massive. Everything we had was very tasty. We also bought some cheese that we had for lunch with some bread and tomatoes. The cheese was probably the best plant-based cheese I ever had. It's made from cashews and it's fermented. It was so good! We will come back to get more of the cheese later.

How stunning and awesome what products they have. And that in Italy, I couldn't believe if I haven't seen it by myself. Simply great! I got 2 free packs of Tempeh because their date to use was today (but of course it's still perfect) and the girl who served us was very nice.

I visited Fermaggio Bistro & Store and ordered a cold sandwich with vegan mozzarella and pesto, along with a vegan quiche.
Read moreThey had run out of mozzarella, so they used another type of vegan cheese instead. Honestly, both items were incredibly tasty and matched my taste perfectly.
I really wish I could have gone back for a second visit, but the place was quite far from where we were staying. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and love plant-based cheeses!
