Yummy okonomiyaki and cheap drinks - Edit
Colourful upstairs karaoke bar/restaurant. We ordered small vegan okonomiyaka (about 1000 yen each) and drinks (only 180 yen for beer, whisky, etc). So yummy and filling!

Great Okonomiyaki, vegetarian or vegan - Edit
Not sure why this listing says it serves meat, I only ever saw a vegetarian and vegan menu.
Read moreStaff are friendly and speak English. They have a menu with pictures and English. They also have a handy chart which helps communicate which type of vegetarian or vegan you are. The food is freshly cooked after you order. Drinks are very inexpensive. The restaurant is cozy and when we were there, under utilised, but you could see there are times when it is really busy.
We chose a medium okonomiyaki each and it was way more food than we could eat, so we took the rest home for a healthy breakfast. All their okonomiyaki is gluten free and packed with vegetables. We've been in Japan for a week + and haven't seen a lot of veggies in our meals, so this was a welcome change. We left with full happy tummies and a couple of take away containers full of yummy food.
Highly recommend this place.

If you’re looking for somewhere to keep vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters happy then this is your place. Both the vegan noodles and the vegan okonomiyaki were incredible!

I had the vegan okonomiyaki. It was crazy. I had so much food, I struggle to finish it but it was f**king amazing. Loved every bit of it. Totally will come back next time I’m in Osaka. Price was 1,450¥ and it could easily be shared with someone else!

Cons: Smoking after 10PM, Tables are small (but it’s fun?)

Tried their vegan okonomiyaki. Very tasty and loved the texture. They cook okonomiyaki suitable for vegans and people with food allergies. Staff members are very friendly and interactive. Tiny restaurant but great food and vibes.

Delicious and massive - Edit
We came to experience the Osaka Okonomiyaki and boy did we. I ordered the Large and my wife ordered the medium. Be warned the large is big enough to feed 3 hungry people. I got halfway through and took the rest home.
Read moreThe Hosts are very inviting and friendly - would highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka! The app only allows 4 stars but OKO deserves the full 5!!!!

Great food, very friendly people - Edit
The place is a bit difficult to find, it’s a small place on a side street and on the first floor, but worth a visit. They have both vegetarian and vegan options. The lady who runs the place is really friendly and was very helpful in helping me select. I wish I could give 5 stars but this web site won’t allow that because 5 stars are reserved only for fully vegetarian and vegan restaurants.

Ate the gluten free vegan okonomiyaki, they had lists written in English and Japanese for allergies/different types of vegetarians.
Read moreVery friendly staff and larger portions(if you eat a none vegan one you can share it with another person).
All you can eat peanuts for about 280yen and all drinks were 180 yen each.
Will come back here!
Pros: Not expensive, Large okonomiyaki(the none vegan one is larger), Friendly staff
Cons: Can't give it 5 stars for some reason.

Awesome Osaka Soul Food - Edit
Very sweet and attentive staff, and an amazing place were us vegans can gorge on okonomiyaki! The vegan menu options for okonomiyaki are clearly labeled on an English menu. Every drink - water, beer etc. costs only 180 jpy. The place has a super fun atmosphere and the interior is cozy and eccentric. Don’t miss this place if you are strolling near Dotombori!

My partner and I ordered a medium plate and shared it. Definitely big enough for two people to eat as it is quite large. You can pick 5 ingredients and they have a chart for vegan, lacto vegetarian and so on. The staff were amazing and so friendly!!!!! We were there on the 1/7/19 ❤️ was approx 1450 yen for the medium plate can’t remember exactly.

Cozy little place upstairs with very welcoming and friendly staff. Even though the english was limited they made the effort to try to talk to us about our day and our trip. And the okonomiyaki was great!

Fantastic Okonomiyaki! - Edit
Quirky little place upstairs, run by super friendly and attentive staff. You get to choose 5 veggies for the Okonomiyaki. While staff speak basic English, they use a translate app to communicate and have menus and instructions written up in English which makes the ordering process so much easier. Very tasty food at very reasonable prices.

Amazing Gluten Free Vegan okonomiyaki! Plus great vibes! - Edit
I was traveling with 3 people who are not GF/V when we stumbled across a sign for this place. I’m always nervous selecting restaurants with food I can eat as I’m worried my friends will find the food dull. NOT the case here! They had a massive selection of food for my meat eating friends while I demolished the giant half sized Gf/V okonomiyaki. It was insanely delicious. The okonomiyaki my friends had was ginormous and on steroids! They had chicken skewers and croquets and were blown away with how good it was. All drinks were 180 yen and the service was sensational by a lovely lady called [censored] Ho. Next time I’m visiting Osaka, I’ll be back for sure!!! Cute little place too. Great vibes 😊

Good okonomiyaki ! - Edit
The place is a small bar/ restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The staff was really nice, they asked if we were vegan or vegetarian and what we could eat or not. You can choose 5 different kind of vegetables and full or half size. I only took the half size and it was already quite filling ! I think they also make udon and other kind of food too. Price is fair and the beer is really cheap, I recommend !!
