Very good homemade Seitan - Edit
Large fully vegan menu. Nice staff. I had the roasted seitan (homemade) cooked with Chianti and rosemary potatoes. It was one of the best seitan dishes I have ever had. I also enjoyed a good Caprese as a side dish. The homemade tea was very good, too. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat dessert because I was too full. :(

Nice vegan place in Florence - Edit
This was a really nice option in Florence. The food was tasty, but didn’t blow us away. The server was really nice and truly helpful. We would go again because it’s fully vegan, it just wasn’t the best place we ate at on our trip.

Both our pastas (Truffles/ Tomato with Seitan) were tasty, but nothing special. The seitan had a bit of a gummy mouthfeel. As it's a vegan, quite tasty restaurant I would come again.

We went here a couple of times as it was close to our apartment in Florence. The food was great both times, but certainly the first time we went in we felt pretty rushed- they brought out all courses we'd ordered together (didn't the second time) and shut off music and started mopping the floors while we were eating despite being listed as open for another hour.

On the secondi, the seitan with chestnuts was absolutely fantastic. The sauce on the tofu escalope was great, but wasn't necessarily what we were expecting (i wouldn't have called it an escalope).
On this note, I think the menu would really benefit from some descriptions of the dishes as there were a few that we were surprised by when they arrived (the pasta parcels antipasto and seitan in crust too).
Good sized place, with some comfy booth areas.

I had such a lovely experience at this vegan place in Florence! I ordered the vegan carbonara and it was fantastic—rich, creamy, and full of flavor, but without feeling heavy. My friend went with the eggplant Parmesan, which was cheesy, light, and surprisingly healthy at the same time.

We came here during our trip to Florence and expected a bit of a hit or miss because of the mixed reviews. But it turned out good, actually much better than the other vegan place we tried (Il Vegano).

We were brought some bread & oil, plus free tap water. We had the tempura vegetables, the red pesto gnocchi & a pizza. It was very good & the vegan parmesan was a nice touch. We met a lovely women from Virginia who was dining with her parents.

Got the Lasagna and truffle carbonara - it was absurdly good. Pasta were super creamy, the lasagna extremely tasty. Tiramisu was also 10/10. Highly recommended!

Salve!!! Di leoni da tastiera è pieno il mondo purtroppo….. e di veri vegani ce ne sono davvero pochi. Il bello di queste recensioni è che sono bravi nello scrivere a vanvera , ma i piatti quando vengono ritirati sono puliti con il pane…. Perché non ha mostrato la foto con il piatto finito? E soprattutto perché non usano la parola dicendo in faccia alle persone le cose quando gli viene chiesto se è stato gradito il cibo?!

I am vegan and my husband is not, but we decided to try this place so I could order anything I wanted off the menu! We got the pasta parcels appetizer to start. No idea how you’re actually supposed to eat it, but it was delicious! For our meals, we got the ravioli and truffle carbonara. Both were delicious! The carbonara was better and was incredible. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, and when I say it’s the best thing I have eaten, I am not exaggerating. I will think about that tiramisu until the day I die. Service and staff was lovely. It was a bit off the beaten path from the historic center, but it was well worth the walk! 10/10 would recommend.

Ottimo ristorante veg, non troppo lontano dalla stazione. Ho davvero apprezzato l'accoglienza del personale, essere in un locale gestito con amore da persone vegane è sempre bellissimo. E merita un complimento anche che è tutto fatto al momento e non surgelato.

Went there for the seitan braised in chianti with really high hopes after all the positive reviews. We ordered two seitan dishes which were both just alright, didn't look like the pictures in previous reviews. The salad was wilted and the potatoes were really oily. The side of grilled vegetables arrived late, without any seasoning and half raw.

Many options to choose from, and nice to taste the Italian cuisine! The carbonara and ravioli tasted good, especially with the vegan parmesan cheese.

The staff is friendly, but the service could be improved. For example, the menu cards are a bit broken/worn, we initially got dry bread without olive oil etc.
