We absolutely loved the experience at Nirvana. The food was amazing, the location was very chill in a nice garden, the owners and employees were very friendly and the price was good. I will come back for sure!

Went here with my husband (both longtime vegans) hoping for a great fully vegan meal. Unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations especially with so many good reviews. On the good side, the staff was great! Attentive and friendly. The carbonara with truffle was good but not really a carbonara.

Salve, mi dispiace che non è stato di suo gradimento! Mi sorge spontanea una domanda… dato che è vegana da molto tempo, come fa a dire che la carbonara non è uguale a quella vera?! Ovviamente è vegetale come ben sa! Non potrà mai essere un piatto con gli stessi sapori! Idem per il tiramisù che è vegetale, se lo cercava vero qua di certo non lo trovava. la signora cucina da oltre 50 anni con amore e tanta passione… ovviamente non si può piacere a tutti purtroppo, ogni recensione è soggettiva!! Io per esempio non faccio recensioni se non mi piace un posto, perché ciò che piace a me, non è detto che piaccia a un altro! Inoltre aiuto le persone a lavorare….anzi,Un vero vegano aiuta a crescere e a divulgare le realtà vegetali, dato che ce n è poche…non lamentiamoci poi che per i vegani non ci sono più locali in cui andare!GO VEGAN!

There's a really extensive menu here so whatever you're craving, Nirvana probably has it! I enjoyed a truffle carbonara but felt the pasta was slightly overdone for my taste. The tiramisu was great though!

I got a pizza and it honestly was amazing! The “cheese” was incredible and the olive oil was super good. It was a heavy meal (I don’t usually eat so much vegan cheese) but it tasted great.

Came here all wet from a rainy day and the food was like a big hug. The serves were so kind and patient, explaining each dish we asked about since the menu has no description. The best dish was the spaghetti amatriciana with seitan bits, the carbonara and the truffle pizza. We liked it so much we came back the next day and had the seitan calabrese (spicy) the veggie lentil soup, amazing baked potatoes (which was more like roasted potatoes) and a side plate of raw fresh Italian ripe tomatoes! So delicious. The dessert we tried the tiramisu (no coffee in this one), the chocolate pear cake (a choc cake with a pear puree on top and a hazelnut spread) the chocolate pudding and the cheesecake. We also ordered pear and peach juices which were really nice.

My only major con is the interior isn’t the most aesthetic if you’re after a more classy date night kinda vibe it isn’t this. Think just a little fairy lights or something could really help it in such a picturesque city that most people are drawn to because of its aestheticism

Great range on menu, tons of options that feel like true alternatives to traditional Italian dishes. Pasta dishes were the highlight - lasagna and ravioli. The secondi dishes were heavily seitan based and trickier to replicate the very meaty dishes but a decent attempt and great to have plenty of choice.

Ho ordinato uno spezzatino di seitan con piselli molto tenero e gustoso, crostini come antipasto da dividere, mentre il mio ragazzo ha preso la lasagna, ed a seguire due dolci. Tutto buonissimo. In March there are few vegan restaurants open. This was open and with few clients.

However the desserts are poor. Tiramisú is more vanilla pudding, without coffee or amaretto. We didn't taste the coffee because it was a Nespresso machine.

Amazing food and staff - Edit
Loved everything about this place. The waitress was super friendly, nice and smiley. The food was incredible with lasagna noodles sliced masterfully thin. The tiramisu came in a cute little heart jar and really hit the spot after lunch. Highly recommend this place for a cruelty free lunch!
