Phenomenal. Diamond in the city - Edit
I was visiting panama from nor-eastern US and my friend and I could find many vegan spots. This was one of the one recommend on happy cow so we checked it out. This place is outstanding. Its hard to find a "normal" all vegan restaurant with flavor. The food was rich and delicious, very healthy. I had the lasagna(which is good) but the vista burger was to die for. The food is very reasonably pried as it was the most affordable spot we found in panama. The portions are on the larger side. You go here; you will surely leave satisfied. ALL vegans in panama should check this out.

The food was absolutely delicious. I came here with my boyfriend and we split an appetizer and 2 meals because we both couldn’t decide what we wanted more! And we were not disappointed! And we were even more excited when the bill came and the price way lower than we were expecting. Highly recommend this place!

Best food I’ve had in panama, hands down. Quaint, cheap, amazing. If I was staying longer in the city I’d just eat here every meal of the day. The Chef was a really nice guy, took the time to explain everything, cheeze (vegan) was amazing, this is a 11/10 place. Thank you.

- Super friendly staff
- Nice vibes, small restaurant with only a few tables inside and the possibility to eat outside
- Great variety of food, everything can be vegan !
- Gluten free options
- Raw vegan options
- Original options that will blow your mind !
Cons :
- They still have vegetarian options with dairy cheese which would be so easy to avoid ( for the vegan options they use amazing vegan cheese ) and obviously, more sustainable, body friendly and cruelty free !

They have an elaborate menu full with yummy vegan options, which can be explained to you in English. I absolutely loved their "doble burger", and that's coming from someone who usually isn't the biggest hamburger fan. Their prices are fair too.

Homey, relaxed, friendly restaurant - Edit
I loved the food and vibe here. Place is super relaxed and informal with a homey atmosphere. I had a veggie burger, vegan tamale, passion fruit juice and vegan apple cake. Everything was super tasty, so we decided to order our vegan Christmas dinner from them. No doubt it will be absolutely delish as well. Will be returning for sure.

One of the best Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants in Panama - Edit
Natural Spice has varied dishes that change even in holiday season, but the majority of the time they can also have Hamburgers, burritos, Soups, etc. They also have raw options, Detox juices and delivery from monday to friday. The chef Marcos is extremely helpful and awesome. Also, they don't accept visa or debit cards, so take cash with you!

The food is simply delicious. The menu changes everyday but has permanent dishes such as hamburguers, burritos and more. The menu is very varied, you can get new food every single day from asian to european or panamenian, also RAW VEGAN! and its so good(most try!) The dishes are big enough and colorful flavorful and varied, always has a salad or soup, you can also get a nice dessert. And it's so good. The owner is a recognized vegan chef who also teach courses of vegan food. The place is small and cozzy but definitely nice and clean.
