Out of the Way Vegan Food - Edit
We decided to go here since it wasn't that far from our hotel but it is slightly off the beaten path and not someplace you would just stumble across. It isn't a very big place. The owner greeted us and we placed our order. We got our appetizer, the meat turnovers, which was good. The nachos were good with fresh pico de gallo. The burrito was good. The weird thing was that we had ordered a lemonade and ice tea when we ordered our food but the drinks didn't arrive until we were done. The service was not that great to be honest and noticed that another table of people that came in after us were served drinks and had refills before we had received our drinks. The food was good and a very reasonable price but after reading all of the positive reviews, think that they must have had gone there on an off night for them.

Unfortunately, I kind of got talked out of ordering a burrito, which is what I wanted. After I ordered the waitperson came back and stressed the special for the day so I assumed it was a really good deal. The menu description was poorly written, so I couldn’t exactly tell what I was ordering. I ended up with vegan lasagna, soup, salad, and a juice. It was decent and tasted fresh, but as I’m not super into Italian food, I should have stuck with my first choice.

Had a takeaway vegan pizza with caramelised onions, olives, chorizo and ground meat. The pizza overall was good but the amount of vegan cheese was very disappointing, might as well not put any on! The fake meats were nice as was the dough. Lovely staff, although it was a bit of a wait after the said for pick up.

Lasagna: absolutely delicous! It has pesto, vegan cheese, black beans, carrot, mushrooms, corn. Vinagrette sauce & Juice. The salad has tomatoes, lettuce, red onions, carrots. The plantain is sweet, creamy & squashed. The orange juice is natural, not sweet, watery in a good way.
- Rhe Rebel Burger is a good sized burger, very nutty, no spicy flavour, vey neutral. It has beans patty, vegan cheese, tomato, lettuce, artisan mustard & arugula topping. It comes with chips on the side & pico de gallo
-Medium pizza: choose your ingredients up to 4 & vegan meats is extra. Tomato, vegan chorizo, arugula, red onion. The pesto was delicious.

We had burritos and nachos, all were delicious, healthy and good value for money. The only bad thing was that the food all came out at vastly different times, I'm talking one burrito 30 minutes after the first! We didn't mind too much though as they gave us free coconut banana bread afterwards! Thanks.

We ordered the plate of the day and a vegan pizza. Everything has so much flavor due to a balanced use of spices and being prepared well. The plate of the day had baked plantain flavored with cloves, coconut rice, vegan 'fish' fry (he used a great mock meat for this dish!), cabbage salad, a soup, and a maracuyá juice all for $7 which is a great price for Panama.

We had the nachos and a burrito, the food was delicious and the owner explained all the menu options to us and made recommendations. We arrived an hour before closing so the daily specials were gone, no raw food options by then. We really enjoyed our meal and recommend visiting Natural Spice!

The Only Raw Restaurant in Panama City - Edit
If you are Raw and looking to have a nice meal while in the city this is the place to go. The food is made with love and care, and most importantly it can be customized to your needs and diet. The Raw options are not always available so I’ll be advisable to coordinate in advanced.

I went here hoping for a vegan version of typical Panamanian. It turns out they only have that for lunch. The dinner menu is completely different. We had the nachos which were excellent and the pizza which was not very good.

The place is very small and doesn’t have a lot of options, which makes them good in the food they make. The lasagna of the day was really tasty, and so was the soup. The chocolate cake was good too.

It seems to be difficult to find every vegan restaurant in Panama City! No specific numbers but building names. Luckily Uber drivers are all willing to call the restaurant to help locate it. But once you are in here it is all worth the trouble. Very small with only 5 tables. Two tables outside but it was raining. We ordered a special Panamanian burger with wonderful sauce. We also had arroz con pollo that was very good but we advise asking for extra pollo. The dessert was an apple cake with banana ice cream. All good. He discovered later that he did have chocolate cake so be sure to ask for it if that is what you want.

They close early on some days so check their schedule carefully.

The vegan burger I had came with chorizo style sausages, cashew cheese, tomato, avocado and a very tasty homemade pesto. On the side I had potato wedges. On top of that a strawberry shake and a little piece of apple cake. All very delicious. Recommended!

It's the most delicious, healthy, vegan food i've ate in Panama. I'm a frequent customer of natural spice and usually in recent times I've ordered by delivery. My favourite is the meal of the day because it's complete version includes soup, juice, has good price, and they make diferent options daily. but also the burritos, burgers, pizzas and salads are very good. if you don't know what to eat or don't have food to eat on breakfast they also have a breakfast menu that is delicious and cheap. it's a vegetarian restaurant but with lot of vegan options, the place has good ambient, good music, but also they have a virtual market in which you can also buy the products by delivery, you can learn from the courses on the restaurant or online, and have a nice friendly staff. Try the gf pizza it's the best.

Delicious Vegan Oasis in the City - Edit
So happy to have found this fun, funky spot so near our hotel. Although they were out of most everything due to the hour, we enjoyed the best vegan pizza we have ever shared. Huge portion and very economical. We finished the rest later that night in our room. The cake was unbelievably delicious! Chef is very personable, hands on, and dedicated to his craft. Can’t wait to return and try something new.
